With the aggravation of environmental pollution and resource shortage,in recent years,countries around the world have continuously increased the investment in the recycling of waste products,and recycling and remanufacturing has become a direction for the future development of enterprises.At the same time,due to the different business focus of each member of the closed-loop supply chain,the revenue generated by recycling and remanufacturing and the efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain are not as expected.When the original manufacturer and remanufacturer conduct recycling,the recycling competition will have an impact on the income of the closed-loop supply chain.When the third-party recycling platform conducts recycling,the remanufacturing alliance is also a measure for the members of the closed-loop supply chain to give full play to their own advantages.Therefore,how to develop the optimal recycling strategy is a problem that enterprise managers need to think about.In this paper,game theory,decision optimization theory and coordination theory are used to explore the recycling competition and remanufacturing alliance decision optimization under two different supply chain structures: original manufacturer and remanufacturer recycling and third-party recycling platform recycling.The main research contents are as follows:(1)the original manufacturer and remanufacturer conduct recycling,establish a closed-loop supply chain model considering technology licensing under recovery competition,and explore the benefit comparison of supply chain members under different recycle strategies.The research shows that both new products and remanufactured products need to improve the quality and service and reduce the sensitivity of consumers to price.When the original manufacturer and remanufacturer participate in the recovery simultaneously,the benefits of the whole closed-loop supply chain will be increased.Whether or not a remanufacturer exists to recycle and remanufacture,the original manufacturer must either recycle or license the technology with the remanufacturer.Remanufacturers will improve their own interests by participating in the recycling;When the original manufacturer does not participate inthe recovery,the remanufacturer shall engage in technology licensing transactions with the original manufacturer to reduce the recovery and remanufacturing costs and thereby improve its own interests.(2)under the premise that the original manufacturer and remanufacturer do not conduct recycling business,and only the third party recycling platform carries out recycling business,four different types of remanufacturing alliance decisions are established.The recycle rate,product pricing and profit of different alliances were compared and analyzed,and the profit distribution method was set.The results show that when the third party recycling platform participates in the alliance,only the remanufacturer and the third party recycling platform participate in the alliance,the recycle rate is the highest.When the original manufacturer participates in the recycle,the alliance of the original manufacturer,the remanufacturer and the third-party recycling platform will have the greatest benefits.Moreover,the reasonable profit distribution mechanism set in the alliance mode can enable the three parties to obtain the optimal benefits and make the remanufacturing alliance of the whole closed-loop supply chain reach Pareto optimal.
