Nowadays technology is so advanced, and the updating of electronic product creates more and more electronic waste, one representative product is household appliance. Recycling and remanufacturing can successfully recycle can turn waste into wealth, economic resource and avoid environment pollution. The study of recycling and remanufacturing has the value of society, and does benefits for the society as well as environment. In the closed-loop supply chains of recycling waste, each node enterprises try to maximize their own profits, the enterprisers’ marginal revenue equal to their marginal cost, but can’t ensure the profits of the entire supply chain. So how to coordinate the supply is of particularly significant. In the third chapter, we analyzed a system including n retailers and a manufacturer. The paper compares the centralized closed-loop supply chains and the decentralized closed-loop supply chains, then with the help of revenue-sharing contract, implement coordination between members and the allocation of profits. Last but not least, we test and verify the availability of the model and the correctness of the conclusion with cases. Furthermore, Pareto optimality is realized with the revenue-sharing contract. In the forth chapter we established a supply chain system including a manufacture and a retailer, and compare the centralized supply chain with the decentralized supply chain. Then get some significant conclusions:firstly, the optimal sales volume of retailer in former is greater than the latter. Secondly, the profit of centralized supply chain contained the recovering always exceed the total profit of retailer and manufacture in the decentralized supply chain. Subsequently, the paper analyzes the closed-loop supply chains with a revenue-sharing contract under the full information. All the above conclusions tell us that the revenue-sharing contract can achieve a win-win situation in the closed-loop supply chain system. In the fifth chapter, we investigate the price setting of recycling waste products in closed-loop supply chain of two-chain structure and the supply chain coordination issues, in this research retailers are responsible for product sales and the recycling of waste products. For such problems, we established three supply chain modes, DD, DI, II, to compare, giving a revenue sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain. The models and numerical examples show that in these three modes, the total profits of DI mode is higher than that of other modes, Centralized Supply Chain is superior to decentralized supply chain, but the revenue sharing contract can effectively coordinate the decentralized supply chain. Finally we carry out the sensitivity analysis on recovery price, the result show that retailers should minimize the cycling prices when recycling products, in order to improve the overall profit of the supply chain. This paper combines management science, operation research, contract theory, supply chain management and so on, study the decisions of recycling effect and remanufacturing in closed-loop supply chain and the design of coordination contracts. The research results perfect the models of closed-loop supply chain and the coordinative theory; promote the practice of closed-loop supply chain.
