The Impact Of Pension Care Models On The Cost Of Providing Care For Patients With AD And VD

Objective To investigate the lowest spending endowment pattern for AD and VD patients with different clinical symptoms and severity.Methods A total of 124 patients diagnosed with AD and VD in the neurology department in main 3A grade hospitals in Qingdao from May 2005 to May 2011 were recruited, a cross-sectional study was performed. Patients with different clinical symptoms and severity were divided into three groups: mild group, moderate group and severe group. The medical and nursing spending was compared between family and endowment Institution.Results The spending in family and community was lower than that in endowment institutions for mild and moderate group(p<0.001);The spending was significantly different between AD and VD group in mild group(p<0.001).The spending was significantly different between different groups in the same endowment patterns(p<0.001).Conclusion The nursing spending for AD and VD patients with different severity was correlated with different endowment patterns.
