Research On The Development Of Combination Of Medical Treatment And Endowment In Tai'an City

In recent years,along with the transformation of China society,rapid economic growth,the income of residents increased significantly,the standard of living of the elderly is also increased accordingly.The traditional pension services to meet the basic needs of the elderly at the same time,did not meet the elderly medical health care,pension and health care from each other no,to provide quality services for the elderly.In some areas of foreign pension services and medical services combined with experience,and actively carry out the combination of medical care and pension services.However,the current combination of medical care institutions pension service in China is still in the initial stage,slow development,the existing practice in the development also exists such as the contradiction between supply and demand,service content and other issues need to be improved,the effect of medical raising combined with the pension service effect mechanism of the play,so the study on the current situation is particularly UrgentThis paper combined with a questionnaire survey and comparative analysis of the research methods of literature retrieval,taking Tai'an city as an example,the necessity and feasibility of the development of the combination of medical care type pension services,supply and demand conditions are systematically summarized,put forward countermeasures to promote medical raising combined with the pension service development mechanism through the system research draws the following conclusions:(1)The combination of medical care type pension services is the innovation of the traditional ways of the aged,is a hospital or nursing home as the carrier,the integration of medical and pension services as the main way to professional continuing medical care,health care institutions,new features of the development of pension services.The combination of medical care type of pension services to human rights theory,welfare economics,demand theory and social organization theory.(2)Enter the aging society in Tai'an city in the early time,the aging speed is faster,the traditional pension services and the existing medical service level can not meet the needs of elderly people both medical and pension.And service medical support combined can effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of pension institutions can effectively solve the problem,the elderly is difficult to see a doctor the problem,can effectively solve the problem of low utilization of hospital beds,medical staff can effectively solve the instability problem of Tai'an city.The good economic conditions and policy support conditions to support the development of combined type pension services for the medicine to create good conditions,so the pension institutions in Tai'an to promote the combination of medical care service has feasibility.(3)To Tai'an City medical support demand combined with the type of pension services analysis showed that 53.99% of the elderly in Tai'an city said in the economic conditions permit tend to choose the combination of medical care type pension services;elderly people expect to enjoy the service content generally focus on daily life care,health care professional.Psychological comfort and spiritual and cultural activities;through the Logistic model analysis showed that the factors affecting the elderly to participate in the combination of medical care type pension services including decision variables,economic variables,health characteristics,family characteristics variables,social support variables,environmental variables.(4)To the existing Tai'an City medical support combined type pension services supply situation analysis shows that Tai'an City medical support type combination type pension services into the built-in type and combined type two,the built-in type can be divided into pension institutions built in medical resources and medical institutions.On two kinds of built-in support function Tai'an city is a typical combination of medical care and pension institutions from the nature and size,occupancy object,medical service level,service content,infrastructure,human resources and capital sources for the quantitative analysis found that the development of Tai'an City medical raising combined type pension services facing internal and external difficulties,including internal predicament the medical service level needs to be improved,the service positioning deviation and the shortage of nursing staff,external difficulties mainly include lack of funding sources,institutional factor and promotion factor.(5)Tai'an City medical support combined type pension services there are many areas for improvement,the government should provide policy support actively,carry out supervision and management;pension institutions to support comprehensive forging medical teams to support the medical career,pay attention to the brand management mechanism;the society should strive to integrate the medical resources,encourage service innovation promote respect for culture.Only the social forces work together,Tai'an City medical support combined with pension services to organizations get rapid and healthy development.
