Evaluation On Sustainable Development Of The In-suit Urbanization In Chongqing

We can see that the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics has become the consensus of the government and academia: 18th Party Congress of China,National new urbanization plan (2014-2020),the 13th Five-year Plan and other government documents have emerged.With the "big city disease" highlights,more and more drawbacks of traditional urbanization have exposed.Many scholars putted forward Remote urbanization.However,Affected by the household registration system,there are some disadvantages: many foreign workers fail to enjoy the basic public service of urban residents in education,medical care,employment,pension and so on.Now some scholars put forward on the path of in-suit urbanization,as one of the most important paths of the new urbanization and conforms to China's national conditions,has great research value.The in-situ urbanization process is an important part of county urbanization,to a certain extent,the urbanization of the county is equal to in-situ urbanization.Therefore,this paper studies on sustainable development of local urbanization in Chongqing area by taking county as the research scale.First of all,the author reads a large number of literature through referring to the keywords "in-situ urbanization" and "sustainable development",then summarizes the basic concepts,the relevant theories,the mode and index system of urbanization.Meanwhile the author makes a detailed introduction on the basic concepts and research methods of sustainable development.Then the author researches on the current situation and existing problems of Chongqing area from three aspects of economic,social,resources and environment;After then the author references to the sustainable development indicators of Commission On Sustainable Development,the world bank and other authoritative organizations to establish the evaluation index system of this paper.Including 16 indicators about economic,16 indicators about social,14 indicators about resource environment,the total of 46 indicators;Next,the author selects the 17 counties of Ecological protection Zone in Southeast Chongqing and Ecological Conservation Development Zone in northeast Chongqing whose rate of urbanization is lower as the research object.According to the index system,the author collected about one thousand original data through the statistical yearbook,the official website of the county government and the public information network.To carry out a more comprehensive study,the author does some research from the vertical and horizontal angle: Taking Youyang County who has the lowest urbanization rate as an example do the vertical study to evaluate the sustainable development of Youyang County in recent 5 years,Mainly used the principal component analysis calculate the comprehensive development index.Taking 17 county towns as examples do the horizontal study,mainly uses the principal component analysis and DEA model analysis,Principal component analysis is used to rank the sustainable development status of the 17 county towns,DEA model is used to evaluate the sustainable development efficiency of the 17 county towns.Finally,from three aspects of economic,social and resource environment,the author puts forward the measures to improve the construction of the in-situ urbanization in Chongqing area,and hopes to provide some reference values for the sustainable development of the in-situ urbanization in Chongqing area.
