Research On The Level Of New Urbanization Based On Principal Component Analysis

After the construction of 30 years of reform and opening up,China has become the world's second largest economy,development achievements have attracted worldwide attention,but nowadays the world economy downturn,under the background of weak external demand,domestic demand,China's economic growth rate has been reduced to medium-high rate of growth from rapid development in the past,we urgent need to change the mode of economic development to improve the contradiction between economic development and resource environment is becoming increasingly sharp,and at the same time also need time and measures to apply the pre-stimulus policy.Therefore,we need to find a road suited to China's national conditions,drive China's economic development and achieve a comprehensive well-off society.The improvement of the level of urbanization plays a significant role in promoting economic development,and many scholars believe that the new urbanization will become a new engine for China's economic growth in the future.In addition,urbanization reflects the level of a country's modern civilization,and it is the natural tendency of human development.The 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party pay high attention to the urbanization of the agricultural population of people.Because the migrant workers' real urbanization is related to the future of China's urbanization and modernization,is the need to achieve social fairness and justice and maintain the stability of the society.In a word,urbanization is the a way for every country to realize modernization,and it is a new subject that our country is facing.To do well in this new subject,new urbanization will unleash tremendous energy in the new period.This paper takes Hebei Province as the object of study.First of all,we should understand and analyze the current situation of urbanization development in this province.After ten years of development,especially after three-years strategy implementation,the urbanization rate of Hebei province is steadily rising,secondary industry develops sustainably,and the residents' standard of living continuous improvement and so on,all the achievement is remarkable.But overall,compared with Beijing,Tianjin and the national average level of urbanization can be found that there are still many problems in the province,such as the level of urbanization rate is rising,but still lower than the average national level,not to mention Beijing and Tianjin;the rate of urbanization lags behind the rapid industrialization;the income gap between urban and rural areas have volatility but still too large;urban construction is still insufficient and environmental problems.Therefore,it has a practical significance to study the new urbanization of Hebei province and explore the urbanization construction and development countermeasures of the province.Secondly,this paper uses principal component factor analysis of SPSS analysis method to analyze the towns of 11 cities of Hebei Province comprehensive level.According to their scores,we could find out advantages and disadvantages of the construction,then keep the advantage and make up the short board.After that,the grey forecast model is used to predict the urbanization rate of Hebei Province in the next five years,in order to arouse the enthusiasm of urbanization construction and give prospective guidance.Finally,according to the above analysis results,it puts forward the policy suggestion of the new urbanization development of Hebei province from five aspects.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is a overview of the research.First of all,this part introduce the present of the research of new urbanization in China,then summarize and give my opinions about it.The second part is the theoretical basis,which discriminates the nuances of urbanization in Chinese,so as to have a clear understanding of the source and characteristics of urbanization.Then,the development of new urbanization is studied,and its connotation and characteristics are found.At the end of the part,I introduce the related theories including Marx's city theory,location theory,the theory of urban and rural structural transformation and the theory of coordinated development.The third and the fourth part is taking Hebei Province as the research object to conduct an empirical analysis.According to the analysis of the current situation of urbanization's development in Hebei province and principles of scientific research,such as scientific,comprehensive,available,model index system of urbanization level,using principal component analysis to analyze the urbanization level of 11 cities and towns in the province.Then,the grey forecast model is used to analyze the urbanization rate of Hebei province in the next five years.The fifth part is mainly about the policy recommendations.According to the results of the second part,combined with the Hebei province's situation,the part make the corresponding policy recommendations from the macro level.
