Research On Key Technologies And System Implementation Of Home Appliance Spare Parts Distributed Distribution

With the rapid development of home appliance market,the traditional strategies of enterprises can no longer keep competitive advantage,home appliance enterprises began to develop in services,home appliances after-sales maintenance service is one of the main content of the home appliance product service,which can create new profit source.However,due to slow response speed,low service quality and outstanding credit problems,traditional home appliance after-sales maintenance service mode leads to low customer satisfaction.In this predicament,"distributed spare parts distribution and home appliance maintenance" can be especially useful to solve the after-sales distribution and maintenance of home appliances by virtue of its natural mode advantage."Distributed delivery service" is based on "Internet + sharing economy",its biggest advantage is that can attract social human resources,through the integration of needs and formulate incentive mechanism to mobilize manpower participation and enthusiasm.Distributed business model is the inexorable trend of the development of the future ten years,various industries need to transform from the traditional business model to a distributed business model.In the study of distributed business model we cannot look only on how to realize the "distribution",the real connotation in distributed business model is"decentralization" and the combination of "centralized management".Using distributed business model can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the participants to realize the rapid development of the industry,but pure dispersion is not sustainable,it needs distributed platform provides centralized management and services.The design of the platform and the management should be centralized,it need to develop efficient task scheduling algorithm,develop truly effective credit guarantee system,and implement a variety of other management patterns.This paper is a preliminary research on distributed home appliances after-sales service.As mentioned above,"distributed distribution maintenance" and "centralized management" should be the same problem of two aspects,this article has both maintenance research of distributed distribution,such as service personnel distributed task scheduling algorithm and distributed distribution model research;There are also research on centralized management and research on distributed management system.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction which mainly introduces the research background and research objective of this paper.The second chapter is the research on the centralized management and forecasting of spare parts inventory in distributed distribution.Even in the distributed distribution maintenance service mode,the appliance spare parts need to be managed centrally.Firstly,the inventory management of household appliance spare parts is summarized.Then,it put forward new methods of spare parts classification and demand forecation.The third chapter is the research on the dispatching technology of the distributed service personnel.Firstly,the problem of service personnel scheduling in the real system is abstracted and the corresponding mathematical model is established.Then the mathematical model is developed to solve the problem.Finally,Tabu search algorithm is used to solve the dynamic task scheduling problem.The fourth chapter is the research of distributed distribution mode of household appliance spare parts.It mainly researches on personnel dispatch,service valuing system building,household appliances fault navigation,knowledge recommend and credit mechanism building.The fifth chapter is the design and realization of the distributed platform.The requirements,functions and processes of the overall and main modules of distributed platform are analyzed and designed;corresponding client and background system are developed.Finally,the system is verified by case study.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.The main research contents and innovation points of this paper are introduced,and the future research contents are prospected.
