With the rapid development and widely used of modern information technology, it not only changed the organization's external Survival and competitive environment and competitive way, and revolutionary changes in the internal organization, processes and working methods. A high degree of integration of Information technology and management is becoming one of the most important trends and features of the development of modern enterprise management. It is hoped that the more difficult things to the computer to handle, which makes information systems increasing the size and complexity. In order for information systems to meet the actual management of enterprises, we need first to solve the problem of information system modeling in Enterprise information process.The study of this thesis is derived from under the background of Network Marketing System spare parts management sub-system,which belongs to Xugong Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. The thesis is for the purpose of designing a MIS which is high efficient and good reusable.Articles from software engineering, in-depth study System Modeling and Development of the spare parts information system.In the modeling process,we use the UML,which is most widely used in industry,according to object-oriented theory.First of all, we Establish demand model to describe overall system requirements and design goals; Secondly, we conducted structure modeling to analy System architecture and function of each module.Finally,we describe the system design accurately by establishing application model on business process and key links.Based on the model we have Detailed design and implementation in the Development process.In the process,Component-Based System Development is used to Improve system performance and controllability,so that the System has a higher reusability.
