The safe operation of power is basic security of other sectors. To ensure the power supply, power industry should reserves related material spare. Implementing agencies of Power industry scattered to all supply area, which decided spare been scattered reserves. For no overall plan for the reserve program, spare a lot of repeat reserves, taking up a lot of liquidity and consume large amounts of storage costs. Same time, because there is no unified plan designed to make spare parts information as'data islands', the information can not share.When face the emergency repair,can not quickly find the adjacent unit devices to complete the urgent task. In order to reduce operating costs, improve capital utilization and the overall competitiveness of industry,improve organizational efficiency, power industry needs to build on their characteristics and standardization of spare parts management,and sharing informations between agencies.For power system characteristics, this paper design supplies spare power industry information sharing solutions to manage decentralized spare reserves. Mainly from the materials code standardization and materials classification, combining features of the establishment of industry standard materials management process, making materials and equipment, spare parts management information system to docking, improve system availability. Spare reserves by analyzing the material information in the database storage features, establishment trigger and shadow table to track changes on spare in reserves to complete the different heterogeneous data capture. Through the establishment of data and information between the immediate release subscription mechanism spare change in the data center to complete real-time synchronization. To establish a reserve to the device under the spare location, transportation options, spare parts and other factors combined to complete the evaluation mechanism of transporting spare parts.
