Spare parts management is an important part of the production enterprise management system.High-level spare parts management helps enterprises to rationally allocate inventory resources,fully relieve workshop production pressure and ensure production quality.Tongda Industrial Co.,Ltd.is engaged in the manufacturing of electronic products and needs to invest a lot of energy in the management of spare parts.It is weak in dealing with emergency events of spare parts in daily spare parts management,and the cost of spare parts management is high.In addition,the spare parts management party cannot reasonably allocate spare parts resources according to the actual needs of the production department,which has a negative impact on the production of the enterprise.Therefore,Tongda Industrial Company decided to design and implement a spare parts management systemTongda Industrial's spare parts management involves two parts:a service institution and a spare parts center.It completes the tasks of borrowing spare parts,replenishing warehouses,purchasing,repairing,transferring warehouses,and releasing materials.The analysis of system functional requirements is carried out from the two parts of the spare parts management of the service organization and the spare parts management of the spare parts center.The functional use cases and typical specifications of the module are established during the analysis.The development of a spare parts management system based on the JavaEE platform can ensure the complete system structure of the system and ensure the separation and consistency of components.Combined with the Mybatis framework to achieve data persistence processing,the application of the Mybatis framework achieves a reasonable allocation of data retrieval resources and improves the flexibility and efficiency of system data retrieval.The Spring MVC framework takes instantiation processing as the core and is used in conjunction with the Mybatis framework to ensure flexible conversion of data models.System data collection and processing tasks are the responsibility of the Oracle database.The system uses the physical and logical structure of the Oracle database to build a complete data management system.The design of the overall architecture and functional architecture of the system needs to reflect the elements of technology,functions,and data entities,while the design of the network structure reflects the elements of the deployment environment.The detailed design of the system reflects the internal structure of the functional module and shows the correspondence between the logic and control elements in the module.After determining the system data entities,the relationship between the entities is established,and the internal structure of the database is reflected through the database design.After the system design is completed,the system is implemented,and the actual implementation of each module is reflected in the actual page screenshot.We perform system testing after setting up the system test environment,and use test case tables and test software screenshots to reflect the test results.Tongda Industrial Company's spare parts management system implements two major modules:service organization spare parts management and spare parts center spare parts management.The service order borrowing part of the service organization's spare parts management module realizes the functions of creating service work orders,generating work order application materials,creating packing lists,creating freight order shipments,and posting spare parts outbound orders.The spare parts replenishment part realizes the functions of creating replenishment spare parts application form,spare parts borrowing outbound order posting,and creating freight order delivery.The spare parts management module of the spare parts center realizes the functions of spare parts procurement,spare parts maintenance,and spare parts materials out of stock processing.The spare parts procurement part realizes the procurement and direct procurement functions of the procurement department.Spare parts maintenance realizes the functions of maintenance out of storage,maintenance into storage,and repair parts purchase into storage.The spare parts materials out of storage processing realizes the functions of consumable materials out of storage,low price processing out of storage,escrow warehouse storage and so on.The spare parts sorting and processing part realizes the functions of receiving warehouse material processing and non-property warehouse material processingAfter applying the spare parts management system,Tongda Industrial Company effectively made up for the shortcomings of the existing spare parts management system.The spare parts management department can timely grasp the spare parts demand of the production department and allocate the existing spare parts resources reasonably.It can enhance the coordination of enterprise production and reduce the cost of spare parts management,improve the ability of enterprises to respond to spare parts failure events and ensure the production quality of enterprises.
