Analysis Of Health Status Of 1757 Community Elderly People

Objective Analysis of the elderly health examination information in a community of Yinchuan.To understand the health status of the elderly in this community,disease status and its main influencing factors.to provide scientific basis for targeted interventions in health intervention and treatment.Materials and methods Physical examination data of the resident elderly who volunteered to participate in physical examination.A total of 1757 physical examination reports were collected,of which 780 were men and 977 were women.The main contents include the basic information of the physical examination,chronic medical history,eating habits,inspection and inspection data.Input the original data by Excel software,use SPSS22.0 software to carry on the statistical analysis to the data,Data were analyzed and compared with the Chi-square test.Results1.The detection rate of chronic diseases or abnormal indicators in the elderly is higher.The top five ranked from high to low:abdominal obesity,hypertension,overweight,fatty liver,coronary heart disease.2.Comparison between different age groups:the detection rate of most chronic diseases or abnormal indicators showed a tendency to increase with the increase of age.The detection rate of overweight,obesity and fatty liver showed a tendency of decreasing with age.3.Comparison between different genders:the detection rate of hypertension,coronary heart disease,hypercholesterolemia,hyperlipidemia and abdominal obesity were significantly different among the sexes.The detection rate of female population was higher than that of male population;hypertension pre-detection rate for the male population is higher than the female population.4.Overweight or obesity,abdominal obesity in people with chronic diseases or abnormalities in the detection rate higher than the normal population.5.Eating meat and meat-based population of high cholesterol,hypertriglyceridemia,mixed hyperlipidemia,fatty liver detection rate is high.Conclusions1.The detection rate of chronic diseases or abnormal indicators in the elderly population in a community in Yinchuan City is relatively high,and it is also the largest existing health problem.2.As the age of the community increases,the detection rate of chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,and coronary heart disease tends to increase.3.There are more chronic diseases or abnormal indicators in the female population in this community.4.Obesity and abdominal obesity in the elderly population in this community more susceptible to chronic diseases or abnormal indicators.5.The elderly people in the community who like meat are more likely to suffer from lipid metabolism diseases.
