With lifestyle improving and effective containment of infectious diseases, chronic non-communicable diseases have became major disorders threating people's health, prevalence increases year by year, affect people's quality of life seriously and caused heavy economic burden .to family and society. Earlier detection and timely intervention of chronic diseases can effectively improve the prognosis of the disease and reduce complications, but these diseases can easily be overlooked before the onset of symptoms appearance, and are already irreversible when symptoms appear, so the implementation of standardized physical examination is significant in disease prevention and cure.ObjectiveThe study analyze physical examination results of part of people from the different occupational groups in Changchun City, learn the present prevalence of thesepeople, analyze differences in the prevalence of different occupational groups, explore possible risk factors, in order to improve people's awareness to participate in physical examination and propose targeted and interventist strategies and measures to prevent chronic diseases..MethodsStatus survey methods is used in the study, the object is medical personnel in the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University Medical Center from March 2010 to April 2010, medical personnel are from the part of Jilin Province, institutions, enterprises and institutions of the medical staff. Medical personnel need to fill in age, gender, work units and other basic information, besides participate in multi-lead ECG, chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, liver function, blood glucose and lipid testing and hepatitis B two pairs of semi, the male plus examination of prostate ultrasound and the female plus examination of uterus and breast ultrasound accessories.EpiData3.0 is applied in data entry, SPSS13.0 is used in data analysis. Measurement data use the median and interquartile,count data use rate or composition. chi-square test is to compare differences in the prevalence of different type of occupation and different age and sex.Results1.Subjects is a total of 817, 482 are males, 335 are females, all are Han Chinese, the oldestis 60 years old, minimum is 21 years old, with a median age of M (QL, QU) is 42 (34,48) years old. According to the study of the nature of the work unit ,subjects will be divided into three types, agencies, enterprises and institutions, which agencies accounted for 36.7%, enterprises accounted for 23.6%, industry accounted for 39.7%.2.A higher abnormal detection rate of first eight disease are followed hypertriglyceridemia (37.5%), fatty liver (33.8%), abnormal liver function (25.1%), hypercholesterolemia (18.4%), hypertension (13.7%), abnormal electrocardiogram (12.2%), chest X-ray abnormalities (11.0%) and hyperglycemia (8.2%). Among them, the proportion of ECG is the highest in abnormalities bradycardia, accounting for 5.1%, followed by myocardial strain, accounting for 2.9%. The proportion of enhance of lung markings is the highest in abnormalities Chest X-ray, accounting for 7.2%, followed by point-like dense shadow, accounting for 1.8%.3.Detection rate of abnormal reproductive system, the detection rate of prostate abnormalities is 40.0%, 21.3% of that are calcification of the human prostate. Female rate of abnormal uterine attachment detection rate is 20.1%, 31.1% is detection rate of breast abnormalities.The proportion of uterine fibroids is 10% ,20.2% of women have bilateral breast hyperplasia.4.Blood results: high white blood cells was 2.7%, decreased red blood cells accounted for 0.5%, 1.6% with low hemoglobin, platelet abnormalities accounted for 11.4%. The results of two pairs of semi hepatitis B analysis, hepatitis B surface antigen carrier rate was 3.2%, HBeAg detected in two, three positive detection of 19 people.5. Compared with women, men were more easy to have disease, and the different age people have different detection rate. It was increased with age. 6.The prevalence of enterprise aged from 31 to 40 of hypertriglyceridemia, fatty liver and the of abnormal liver function were higher than organs and institutions workers, the prevalence of organs workers aged 51 to 60 workers of high triglyceride blood disease and abnormal liver function were higher than enterprises and institutions.Conclusions1.A higher abnormal detection rate of first eight disease are followed hypertriglyceridemia (37.5%), fatty liver (33.8%), abnormal liver function (25.1%), hypercholesterolemia (18.4%), hypertension (13.7%), abnormal electrocardiogram (12.2%), chest X-ray abnormalities (11.0%) and hyperglycemia (8.2%).2.Detection rate of abnormal reproductive system, the detection rate of prostate abnormalities is 40.0%, 21.3% of that are calcification of the human prostate.
