ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics and distribution of cancer cases detected in the healthy population, provide the basis for examination population cancer screening.MethodsUsing cluster sampling method, health examination data from a Shanxi Tumor Hospital Health Examination Center in2011-2013, tumor suspected population were followed up while excluding tumor history, Screen findings were comparing cancer detection rate by year, sex and age group.Results1、The study subjects is a total of19,749,9,389are males,for47.54%,10,360are famales,52.46%of the total. The three highest age group were <30,30-39,40-49, for the rate11.42%,12.77%,9.25%, and occupational most distribution to institutions or civil servants (49.58%)2、A total of602tumor cases were suspected, accounted for more than3.05%, the abnormal rate of women than men, older anomaly detection probability is increasing. The positive rate of follow-up was8.31%, the dropout rate was28.57%.3、There were50cases of cancer patients, the positive rate was2.55‰, a rising trend year by year,2.37‰,2.34‰,3.01‰in2011l-2013yr, the number of cases and positive rate in female was higher than male, age groups is higher, the detection rate also increased.4、The reproductive system, endocrine system, digestive system has a higher detection rate, distribution of1.02‰,0.51‰.0.41‰; women diagnosed cases of the top three were cervical cancer (14cases), thyroid cancer (5cases), breast cancer (5cases), while men were thyroid carcinoma (5cases), lung cancer, gastric cancer (3cases); different tumor has age characteristics.ConclusionIn This study, a total of50patients were diagnosed as malignant tumor, the detection rate was2.55‰.Malignant tumors should be actively screened in subjects undergoing physical examination, which contributes to the early detection of malignant tumors.. |
