Objective:To grasp the prevalence rate of FLD of health physical examination population in Tai’an and analyze the relationship between FLD and other detection index, according to the relationship between FLD and detection index, we can put suggestions and countermeasures. Furthermore, we can provide a basis of prevention and treatment of FLD.Method:1. Source of Sample:1212cases of2011health physical examination population, who are from various units in Tai’an, excluding personal health physical examination and popular patients.2. Physical examination content:Sex, age, height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, liver function three(ALT, AST, GGT), serum lipids five(TG, CH, HDL,LDL, VLDL), blood glucose, renal function three(BUN, CR, UA),HBsAg and color Doppler ultrasound examination.3. Research methods:By the method of cluster census to1212cases healthy check-up crowd conducted current conditions of the examined index study. Based on the results of liver ultrasonography the examination was divided into FLD group and non-FLD group, and FLD group was divided into mild, moderate and severe FLD group. By x2test, the author will statistical analyze the prevalence rate of FLD; By test, analyze FLD group and non-FLD groups’height, body weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, liver function, blood lipids, blood glucose, renal function; then will do a FLD’multivariate logistic regression analysis on the physical index, and finally will do a x2test on detection rate of such as obesity, hypertension, abnormal liver function, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose and hyperuricemia in the mild, moderate and severe FLD population.4. Statistical processing:All data are input Microsoft Office Excel2003data set, and are analyzed by SPSS18.0.Result:1. The data indicate that, to health physical examination population in Tai’an, the prevalence rate of FLD was40.92%, male’s rate was46.21%, and female’s rate was33.40%. The difference of men and women FLD prevalence rates is of statistics significance (P=0.000).2. The prevalence rate of FLD in the groups of overweight and fat, hypertension, abnormal liver function, high cholesterol (CH), high triglyceride (TG), high blood glucose (GLU) and high uric acid (UA), was significantly higher than the normal one. The data analysis is of statistical significance (P-0.000).3. The mean value of the FLD population’ weight, BMI, blood pressure, ALT, AST, GGT, CH, TG, VLDL, GLU, BUN and UA is larger than the non-FLD population. The difference was of statistically significance (P<0.05).4. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI, TG, systolic blood pressure, AST, GLU and UA etc, they entered the regression moder, the OR95%confidence interval greater than1.5. Mild FLD population, moderate FLD population and severe FLD population’ detection rates of obesity, hypertension, abnormal liver function, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose and hyperuricemia, was of statistically significance by x2(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The prevalence rate of FLD of health physical examination population in Tai’an was40.92%, and in male (46.21%) is higher than in female (33.40%).2.The formation of FLD may was related with BMI, TG, systolic blood pressure, AST, GLU and UA etc.3.FLD is accompanied with obesity, hypertension, hepatic dysfunction, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose and hyperuricemia etc. The severe FLD population’ detection rate of obesity, hypertension, hepatic dysfunction, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose and hyperuricemia etc,was higher than moderate and mild FLD population.
