The Study Of Present Situation Investigation And Construction Of Standardized Training Mode Before Career For Aged Care Workers In Jiangxi Province

Objective:To explore the current situation of the nursing staff training in Jiangxi Province,and to clarify the training problems.Then construct the standardized training model of nursing staff before entering the service in Jiangxi Province.In order to standardize the pre-service training of aged care workers and provide a reference for promoting the professional training of nursing care workers in Jiangxi Province.Methods:Based on literature analysis,qualitative interview,self-made questionnaire for the training of nursing staff in Jiangxi Province,this paper uses the convenient sampling method to investigate the nursing staff of the pension institutions in Jiangxi province.Based on the results of the investigation,the standardized training model of the nursing staff in Jiangxi is constructed and the content of the index is revised by the Delphi method.Results:1.The results of the questionnaire.A total of 281 carers from 27 pension institutions in Jiangxi Province were investigated,of whom 257 were women(91.46%)and 24 were men(8.54%);31.67% with high school or technical secondary school qualifications or above;72.59% with age 40 or above;and 131(46.62%)out of them with received pre-employment training.However,the majority of them are in the form of "apprenticeship";The content of training is mainly in the daily care and safety protection of the elderly;At the same time,most career-related knowledge and skills of old-age care workers are lacking.The total score of career-related knowledge was(20.85±3.07),and the score rate was 65.16%.The single factor analysis showed that different ages,educational background,working years,training or not,There was a significant difference in the scores of knowledge of aged care workers with or without relevant certificates(P < 0.05).2.The result of pattern construction.The positivity of experts in the two rounds of experts' letters were 90.00% and 88.89% respectively,and the proportion of experts who put forward opinions were 50.00% and 12.50% respectively.After two rounds of correspondence,the expert opinion tended to be consistent,the Kendall harmony coefficient of importance for all levels is between 0.219 and 0.306,the Kendall harmony coefficient of feasibility for all levels is between 0.232 and 0.246,and the chi-square test had statistical significance(P(27)0.05),the coefficient of variation of all indexes was less than 0.25.Finally,the standardized training model for aged care workers in Jiangxi Province includes six parts: Training objects,Training organizations,Training teachers,Training contents and forms,Training assessment evaluation and Training supervision.It includes 6 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators and 99 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:1.The talent quality of aged care workers in Jiangxi Province is mixed,and relevant knowledge and skills of the profession need to be improved.2.The research results are scientific and reliable,which meet the needs of the current development.It can provide theoretical reference for the pre-service standardized training and education.
