A Preliminary Construction Of Standardized Training System For Medical Cosmetology Specialists In Guangdong

ObjectivesTo investigate the short-term training needs and effects of medical cosmetology doctors in Guangdong Province and,to investigate Guangdong medical cosmetic physicians on training cognitions and demands;to tessellate the specific contents of medical cosmetic physicians training system,such as the training contents,training teachers and training base,training methods,training management and training maintenance.This research is based on the case study of cosmetic demalogy,in order to improve the professional competence of Guangdong medical cosmetic physicians,as well as to promote the development of medical cosmetic industry in Guangdong,we are going to establish a specialist standard training system of Guangdong medical cosmetic physicians.MethodsLiterature analysis.Review lots of related literatures,research the physicians training mode between China and abroad,analyse the domestic and foreign medical cosmetic physicians training situation,so that to provide theoretical basis and experience for the establishment of Guangdong cosmetic physicians standardized training system.Questionnaire survey method.In order to establish guangdong cosmetic physicians standardized training system,we questionnaire and analyse the short-term training situation of Guangdong cosmetic physicians,do a cognitive survey about cosmetic specialist training.Delphi method.We questionnaire the authoritative experts who major in the fields of cosmetic dermatology,medical education and medical management,according to the results of their judgments and reflections,we form the main contents of training system.Data analysis methods.Collect and input the data via Excel2010 and Epidata3.0,do the statistical analysis by the SPSS20.0 software.Mainly use the method of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data,conclude the degree of reliability of Delphi experts from the authority degree and the active coefficient of experts,and the coordination factor.The index system was analyzed by means of statistical mean,coefficient of variation,full scale and index weight coefficient.ResultsThis study investigates the training situation of Guangdong Province medical cosmetic physicians survey of training needs and short-term effects and,do a cognition situation investigation on cosmetic physicians,provides a reference for establishing the training system of medical cosmetic physicians by Delphi method.On the Investigation of short term training needs and effects of medical cosmetology doctors in Guangdong,500 questionnaires were issued,472 were recovered,the recoveries rate was 94.4%,and 430 questionnaires were valid.The efficiency of the questionnaire was 91.1%.The analysis shows that the operation practice,technology,clinical application and management points,hot issues,technical basic theory and other content are more important;medical cosmetology physicians pay more attention to professional skills;at the same time,the inherent limitations of short-term training,short-term training is short of time,the effect is not significant.On the survey of standardized training of medical cosmetology doctors in Guangdong Province,350 questionnaires were issued,313 were recovered,the recovery rate was 89.4%,and 301 questionnaires were valid,the recoveries rate was 89.4%,and the effective rate was 96.2%.87.4%of people think that it necessary to carry out standardized training of specialized subjects,pay more attention to the training base of the specialty level,hospital level,teachers,hospitals and index level,compare the value of professional level,teaching ability,medical ethics and medical humanities literacy ability training of teachers,pay more attention to the main content of training the humanities knowledge of medical theory and humanistic medical professional skills,professional basic knowledge,specialist clinical knowledge,clinical skills etc.;incentive mechanisms and certification system on the training object,training base,training teachers are supposed to implement the training object,training base,training teachers;about 80%percent respondents reflected that the standardized training of resident/specialist treatment level is very low or lower.Results of the Delphi method:30 questionnaires(the first round)and 28(the second round)of effective recoveries were collected.According to the opinions and feedbacks of Delphi supervisor,we unify the concepts of medical cosmetology training system in Guangdong province,connotate the specific meaning of cosmetic dermatology,standardized training,training objects and training objectives.And to establish the content of training,training teachers and bases,training methods and assessment,training,management and gurantee.To conclude,a standardized training system for cosmetic dermatology doctors is supposed to set up in Guangdong.ConclusionsBased on the case study of cosmetic demalogy,to set up the training system of Guangdong Province medical cosmetic physicians,including the suitable training contents,choosing the outstanding and high quality training teachers,selecting excellent training base,take reasonable way of training,develop appropriate training and assessment system,strengthen the management and quality control,complete the training fund security work properly.
