Analysis On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The Training Of Aged Care Workers In Shanxi Province

Objective:A questionnaire of training identity of aged care workers was developed to investigate the current situation of training identity of aged care workers in Shanxi Province and analyze the influencing factors.At the same time,the training examination results of aged care workers in Shanxi Province were collected from the training base to understand the current situation of the training examination results of aged care workers in Shanxi Province and analyze the influencing factors,so as to understand the current situation of aged care workers in Shanxi Province from both subjective and objective aspects and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide guidance for the next training work.Methods:1.The preparation of questionnaire:Through literature research,semi-structured interview and group discussion,the dimensions and item pool of the questionnaire were initially drawn up,and then the first draft of the questionnaire was formed through expert consultation;268 aged care workers of a training base in Shanxi Province were selected by objective sampling method to investigate with the first draft of the questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were measured to form the final questionnaire.2.Investigation of training identity:Using convenient sampling method,1791 aged care workers were selected from 6 training bases in Shanxi Province,which met the exclusion criteria.Through statistical analysis,to explore the current situation and influencing factors of training identity in Shanxi Province.3.Investigation of training examination results:The training examination results andgeneral information of aged care workers were collected from the selected training bases.One of the six training bases was inconvenient to provide results due to the principle of confidentiality.Therefore,the training examination results of 1328 nursing staff were collected from five training bases.Through statistical analysis,to explore the current situation and influencing factors of the training examination results of the aged care workers in Shanxi Province.Results:1.The preparation of questionnaire:There are 38 items in the questionnaire,5 common factors are extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 83.296%.The correlation coefficient between the five dimensions was0.731-0.865,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total questionnaire was 0.879-0.927.The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.961,and the content validity of each item was 0.847-1.000.Cronbach's ? coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.986,split half reliability is 0.931,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good.2.Investigation of training identity:The overall training identification score of aged care workers is(4.36 ± 0.58),which is between identification(4 points)and non identification(5 points);through single factor and multiple regression analysis,the gender of aged care workers,the work before training,whether there is a career plan,the time of training base identification,the nature of school running,whether to set up nursing major,and the teaching method are the influencing factors of training identity of aged care workers(P < 0.05).3.Investigation of training examination results : The qualified rate of training assessment of aged care workers is 97.13%.The score of theoretical assessment is 20-100(86.36±11.03),the passing rate is 98.19%;the score of practical skill operation assessment is 112-196(170.04±13.20),the passing rate is 98.87%.Through single factor and multiple regression analysis,the gender,age,whether poor people and the education level of aged care workers are the influencing factors of theoretical assessment results;thegender,education level,year of aged care workers Age and teaching methods were the influencing factors of practical skill operation examination(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The preparation of questionnaire:The questionnaire of aged care workers training identity developed in this study has good reliability,validity,reliability and scientificity.It can be used as a tool to evaluate the training identity of aged care workers.2.Investigation of training identity:The training identity of aged care workers is higher as a whole,among which the identity of "training teachers" is the highest and that of "training facilities and daily management" is the lowest.Therefore,we should adopt the teaching method of integration of theory and practice in the training process,pay attention to the practicability of training content,strengthen the inspection and evaluation of training base,and constantly improve the management system and teaching facilities,so as to further improve the training quality of aged care workers and enhance their training identity.3.Investigation of training examination results : The qualified rate of the training examination results of aged care workers is relatively high.The passing rate of practical skill operation assessment is higher than that of theoretical assessment.By analyzing the influencing factors,it is suggested that we should pay attention to the psychological guidance and vocational education for the male,older and poorer aged care workers in the training process,strengthen the practical operation ability of the younger.At the same time,we should guide the training base to adopt the teaching method of integration of theory and practice,and formulate the layered training plan according to the education level and age of the aged care workers to improve their professional ability and skill level.
