Research On The Clinical Practice Cultivation Model Of The Postgraduate In Oncology Nursing

Objective:Based on competence theory,learned from the overseas postgraduates training experience and standardized training of the resident doctors and new nurses,to build the Clinical Practice Cultivation Mode of oncology nursing characteristics,to make clear the training objective of Master of Nursing Specialist postgraduates,to refine contents and requirements in clinical practice,to promote the connection between Postgraduates of Science in Oncology Nursing and Oncology Specialist Certificate and boost the cultivation of advanced Oncology specialist nurse and development of Nursing Specialty in our country.Methods:Using documentary analysis and referring to the second edition Advanced Practice in Oncology Nursing edited by Wen Qu issued by People's Medical Publishing House,to preliminary propose the Postgraduate Specialty in Oncology Nursing and questionnaires of Postgraduates on Clinical Practice Cultivation Model.After pilot survey,half-structured interview to increase and decrease the questionnaires and modifying rhetoric to shape the first round expert questionnaires.Questionnaires adopt the Delphi method,referring to 25 experienced experts in oncology care,nursing education,nursing management,and nursing field,adopting the Excel 2016 and SPSS 17.0 to make statistical analysis and modifying and recombining both rounds of reference results,to form the details of Clinical Practice Cultivation Model for Postgraduate in Oncology Nursing,and to calculate and analyze the training mode of the first and two levels of articles using the method of weight and weight of the product weight.Results:1.Two rounds of Delphi experiments have been being carried out,distributing 30 and25 questionnaires in each round,acquiring 25 and 23 effective questionnaires in each round,the experts positive coefficients is 83.33% and 92.00% respectively.Twenty-two experts show high initiative and give their advice in both rounds experiments.Coefficient of the Academic level,judge basis,familiarity degree and authority is 0.8880 ?0.9160,0.8440 and 0.8827 respectively,it is high of the experts authority.The Kendall's ?in each round reference is 0.248 and 0.214(P < 0.01),each item reaches high experts recognition;2.The rank of value of the four primary entry is: practical methods(0.2532),practical contents and requirements(0.253),practical objections(0.2506)and examination assessment(0.2429).The rank of value of the fifteen secondary entry is: Knowledge(0.0181),Skill(0.0177),professional curriculum(0.0175),disease caring and caring amount(0.0175),operating skills and operating amount(0.0175);3.After the two rounds of reference questionnaires,build the regulations of the Clinical Practice Cultivation Model of the Postgraduate in Oncology Nursing in our school including 4 primary entry,15 secondary entry and 153 ternary entry.Conclusion:After the two rounds of reference questionnaires and modifying the experts' advice,build the regulations of the Clinical Practice Cultivation Model of the Postgraduate in Oncology Nursing in our school including 4 primary entry,15 secondary entry and 153 ternary entry.The high degree of initiative,authority and reliability of research results of the experts provide well-established theoretical foundation for Nursing postgraduates' study.Because of the first time to practice,it is necessary to conduct dynamic monitoring and regulation later.
