Objective: The purpose of this study is to establish a scientific nursing unit performance appraisal index system and a scientific clinical nurse performance appraisal index system.The results can provide basis for the research on the establishment of nurse's Bonus distribution system and the Education and training system.The nursing units and clinical nurses should be evaluated by the index system to help them improve their professional quality and work efficiency,achieve self promotion and development,and make the clinical nursing work run efficiently and orderly.Methods: By using Wan Fang,China How Net,Pubmed and other commonly used database,retrieval widely relevant information on the performance assessment of nursing both at home and abroad.Constructs the basic framework of the study by using Balanced Score Card and KRIF performance structure model as the theoretical basis.The selection of clinical nursing units and clinical nurses' performance evaluation indicators were initially formed by Nominal Group Process(NGP).Then using Delphi consultation method,18 nursing experts from one medical college and three Tertiary General Hospital in Anhui province were selected in order to construct the nursing performance appraisal index system of Tertiary General Hospital.Using AHP method to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Using the positive coefficient of experts,the authority coefficient,the coefficient of variation,the coordination coefficient and the consistency coefficient to verify the scientific index system.Results:1.Constructed the basic framework of nursing performance appraisal index system on the basis of literature research and on-the-spot investigation.2.Nursing unit performance appraisal index system including 4 first level indicators,9 second level indicators and 28 third level indicators and clinical nurse performance appraisal index system including 4 first level indicators,10 second level indicators and 37 third level indicators were formed after using Nominal Group Process.3.The experts were reached an agreement after two rounds of Delphi consultation.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 94.4% and 100%,respectively.The mean value of each index was between 3.82~4.94,which was greater than 3.5,and the coefficient of variation was between 0.049~0.198,which was less than 0.25.4.Using AHP to determine the weights of indicators at all levels,and pass through the consistency test.Performance appraisal index system of nursing unit and clinical nurses were constructed at last.The performance appraisal index system of nursing unit contains 4 first leve indicators,7 second level indicators and 20 third level indicators and clinical nurses performance appraisal index system contains 4 first leve indicators,10 second level indicators and 33 third level indicators.Conclusion:1.After using literature research,on-the-spot investigation,NGP and Delphi method,each leval of nursing performance evaluation index system are logical,scientific and reliable.2.By using AHP method,the weights of nursing performance evaluation index system are scientifically and reasonably.3.This appraisal index system can be applied to the clinical next step,and get further revision,examination,verification and improvement in practical applications.
