With the opening of the health service industry and the increasing health needs of the people,modern private hospitals,as the linkage between human life science and value revolution,are facing increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition.In the final analysis,the competition between hospitals is the competition of talents and management.Under the theme of people-oriented hospital development,medical talents are the core competitiveness of hospitals.Through the construction and design of performance appraisal system,the use of appraisal system,the discovery of excellent talents,the standardization of staff behavior,appropriate incentives and Spurs are important strategic means for private hospitals to implement management.Private hospitals are knowledge-intensive special service industries.They must follow the rules of the industry and pay equal attention to public welfare and efficiency in performance appraisal.According to its own characteristics,hospitals should set up a scientific evaluation index system,pay attention to the systematicness of evaluation,regard performance evaluation as one of the means of continuous improvement and improvement of overall performance,pay more attention to the evaluation process,communicate and interact more with employees,and cooperate with appropriate incentives to achieve development.As a representative of private hospitals,A Medical Beauty Hospital is an important beauty hospital in China.Under the circumstances of incentive and chaos in cosmetic market competition,how to achieve healthy and sustainable development and win the market in A Medical Beauty Hospital must strengthen the construction and management of talent team.In order to strengthen team building and human resource management in A Medical Beauty Hospital,it is necessary to optimize the existing staff performance appraisal program.The current performance appraisal of staff in A Medical Beauty Hospital does not meet the needs of hospital development.The existing performance appraisal scheme of A Medical Beauty Hospital draws lessons from the model of domestic public hospitals to a certain extent.However,the performance appraisal of staff in private hospitals is quite different from that in public hospitals.We should formulate a performance appraisal scheme suitable for our own development in light of our own actual situation and market orientation.Based on this background,this paper is based on the development orientation of private hospitals,using key performance indicators method,360-reading performance evaluation method,balanced scorecard,objective evaluation method to study the optimization scheme of performance evaluation of A medical beauty hospital.Firstly,this paper introduces the writing background of the paper,and clarifies the significance and role of performance management.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of performance appraisal management of staff in A Medical Beauty Hospital,it points out that the main problems in hospital performance management are: unclear appraisal subject,imperfect appraisal index,unreasonable appraisal process and unscientific appraisal cycle.The main reasons for the problems are the lack of a complete and systematic scientific evaluation management system,the lack of scientific performance indicators system,the staff's lack of awareness of the performance evaluation operation,the ambiguity of performance evaluation positioning,the inconsistency between the evaluation indicators system and hospital strategy,and the staff's lack of performance identification.Finally,the solution is to optimize and construct a more comprehensive performance management system,establish a value-based balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system,use strategic culture to guide,establish a performance culture and concept,and establish a scientific performance concept for all staff.Through optimizing the performance appraisal of the hospital,the strategic development of the staff in A Medical Beauty Hospital can be realized.
