The Research On The Revision Of Guideline For ADHD Of Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of Pediatrics In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To revise the ADHD guideline for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatrics in traditional Chinese medicine using literature research and Delphi expert questionnaire which can provide clinical guidance for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ADHD.Methods:To revise ADHD guideline for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatrics in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of evidence-based medicine,using literature research,Delphi expert questionnaire,expert demonstration,peer consultation,method of quality evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation.Literature research:Literatures concerning ADHD were retrieved in CNKI,WanFang Data,weipu,CMFD,COCHRANE library,Clinical Trial,NGC from January 2000 to March 2016.Selecting literatures about TCM or intergrated Traditional and western medicine treatment,or prevention as the evaluation objects,strictly screening and assessment the literatures accordance with the the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Selecting modified Jadad scale greater than or equal to 3 points of literatures as evidence for the treatment advice for RCT,selecting MINORS entry score greater than or equal to 13 points of literatures as evidence for the treatment advice for Non-randomized clinical trial,selecting AMSTAR scale score of 5 points or more literatures as treatment evidence for Meta-analysis literatures.Then analysising,summrising,finding the rule of the literstures,establishing the excel database,statistically analyzing the frequency of the various indicators,completing literature research summary,and writing expert questionnaire.Delphi expert questionnaire:on the basis of literature research,making the expert questionnaire,Email to 36 experts for two rounds of expert questionnaires according to the Delphi method,mainly from the x,S,R,CV to analyze the results of the two rounds of expert questionnaire,combing experts advices and literature research to determine the draught of guideline.Expert demonstration:Inviting 24 relevant professional experts to convene expert demonstration,then work group according to experts advices and combine two rounds results of expert questionnaires,modify the draught,form the guideline for public consideration.Peer consultation,method of quality evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation:On October 13-31,2015,the project work group send the guideline for public consideration to 36 units of 50 industry experts to ask for opinions,modify it according to the experts' opinions then form the avaluation draft.On December13?30,2015,organized by pediatric expert guidance group of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated pediatrics of Chinese and western medicine,science of seasonal febrile diseases of four experts to assessment quality of the guideline methodological(AGREE ? tools).On December 10,2015 to March 30,2016,the project work group invite 12 tertiary hospitals to carry out 201 cases of clinical consistency evaluation.The project work group make a comprehensive reorganization and modify according to the opinions of assessment quality of the guideline methodological and clinical consistency evaluation.Finally form the audit draft guideline On April 2016.Results:Combining two rounds of expert questionnaires,expert demonstration,peer consultation,method of quality evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation,summarizing experts' opinions and finally make a scientific and standardized guideline for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of ADHD which improving and updating the guideline of 2012.Conclusion:On the basis of evidence-based medicine,analysising,screening and evaluation the treatment literatures adopting modified Jadad scale,MINORS entry and AMSTAR scale,it is a great job to the standardization of ADHD evidence-based practice.Compared with the 2012 guideline,in the name of disease,the applicable scope,diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome classification have been adjusted and updated.Meanwhile,added the content of nursing and prevention.Which the regularity of Chinese compound prescriptions in the treatment of ADHD is reinforcing deficiency,tranquilization,clearing the heat and calming the liver being the main therapies and followed by strengthening the spleen.
