OBJECTIVE:Based on the literature research,this subject used Delphi method to conduct an expert questionnaire survey on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)blood stasis and heat accumulation?solicit expert opinions,and formulate the third round of questionnaires on the consensus of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnosis with repeated respiratory tract infection."Consensus of TCM diagnosis and treatment of children with RRTI with blood stasis and heat accumulation " would be scientific,standardized and unified.Methods:On the basis of previous literature research,the expert questionnaire for RRTI with blood stasis and heat accumulation was initially formed.After discussion and modification by the subject expert group and professionals with related scale background,The first and second rounds of expert questionnaires for the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of the"RRTI with blood stasis and heat accumulation in children" were developed to survey 20 authoritative and well-known experts in Chinese medicine pediatrics or Chinese and western medicine pediatrics.The expert questionnaire mainly includes the etiology and pathogenesis of internal syndrome of pediatric RRTI with blood stasis and heat accumulation,clinical manifestations,signs,treatment rules,prescription medication,proprietary Chinese medicine,and nursing care.Based on the recovery of the first round of expert questionnaires,the main indicators of the concentration of expert opinions were average(x),grades(S),unimportant percentage(R)and major indicators of coordination(CV)in the questionnaire were counted.And the expert opinions were analyzed,discussed and summarized.After discussion by the expert group,the second round of questionnaires for experts was formulated,and it fed back to the experts,and analyzed and discussed the results of the second round of questionnaires again to form the third round of expert questionnaires.Results:The recovery rate(expert positive coefficient)of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,suggesting that the enthusiasm of the experts was high.In the first round of expert questionnaires,according to the opinions and suggestions of experts.the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM were discussed separately,and the auxiliary examination part was deleted,the CV value of the degree of coordination of-expert opinions fluctuates of the items,which meet(?)?1 and S>20 and R<50%,was from 0.11-0.95,and it indicated that the degree of coordination of expert opinions was not high,so it would be included in the second round of questionnaires in order to solicit expert opinions again.In the second round of expert questionnaires,the degree of coordination of expert opinions was in the range of 0.16-0.86 and these items were included in the third round of questionnaires.The opinions and suggestions made by experts were reduced compared with previous ones.Based on the analysis and summary of the two rounds of expert questionnaires,the third round of expert questionnaires of the consensus of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of RRTI with blood stasis and heat accumulation was formed.Conclusion:Based on the Delphi method,the first and second rounds of expert questionnaires of the consensus on TCM diagnosis and treatment of recurrent respiratory infections with blood stasis and heat accumulation in children have been developed.After aggregation,summary and analysis,the scientific and reliable level of this topic has been increased.It is of great significance for the formulation of the third round of expert questionnaires and the unified,standardized and scientific Consensus of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Repeated Respiratory Infection in children with blood stasis and heat accumulation,enriching the theoretical connotation of"stasis-heat" and highlighting the characteristics and advantages of TCM with treating RRTI.At the same time,it also proves that the Delphi method.as an anonymous method,is widely used to solicit expert opinions,and after repeated information exchanges and feedback corrections,the expert opinions gradually become consistent.It has certain scientificity and operability and is important methodological of objective,scientific and operability in standardization of TCM diagnosis.
