The Research Of Clinical Guideline Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Neurogenic Urination

Objective:To follow the scientific,practical and normative compilation principles,with the methods of evidence-based medicine clinical practice guidelines,to carry out the research of clinical guideline of TCM for neurogenic urination and enable it to be practical applied in the Chinese medicine industry,widely accepted by the industry inside and outside,and brought in line with international guidelines for clinicals diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The specific methods for developing the guideline include literature research method,expert questionnaire survey method,evidence-based evidence formation method,expert discussion meeting method,quality methodology evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation method.The main contents and results of literature research,expert questionnaire survey,expert discussion meeting and clinical consistency evaluation are elaborated in this paper.Results:Through the literature research,three rounds of expert questionnaire survey,expert discussion meeting,experts quality evaluation methodology evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation,formed the expert group review draft of guideline to clinical diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic urination in pediatrics.After the expert guidance group is reviewed,send it to the China Association of Chinese Medicine for public consultation,form the draft report.Through the National Standardization Technical Committee of TCM review,will be submitted for approval of the guideline to China Association of Chinese Medicine,finally promulgated by China Association of Chinese Medicine.Conclusion:Based on the basis of evidence-based medicine,merging literature research method,expert questionnaire survey method and expert discussion meeting method,form a method with characteristics of TCM to formulate clinical guidelines.In addition,clinical consistency evaluation is conducted to ensure the scientific,normative,practical and characteristic of TCM from the beginning to the end in the process of developing clinical guideline of TCM for neurogenic urination.Through the specific process developed by the guide,it verifies the scientificity and operability of the technical method of evidence-based TCM clinical guideline.The final clinical guideline of TCM for neurogenic urination can standardize diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic urination,and promote the standardization of Chinese medicine development.
