An Expert Questionnaire Study On Chinese Medicine Certificate For Esophageal Cancer Based On Delphi

Objective: To study the characteristics of Chinese medicine certificate waiting for esophageal cancer by means of Delphi expert consultation questionnaire,to explore the characteristics of Chinese medicine waiting for esophageal cancer,to form a chinese medicine waiting study of esophageal cancer,to improve the theoretical system of Chinese medicine for esophageal cancer,and to guide clinical dialectical treatment and scientific research.Methods: On the basis of literature research,collect information on the evidence of esophageal cancer,formulate two rounds of the Expert Questionnaire on the Dialectical Standards of Chinese Medicine for Esophageal Cancer in accordance with the design principles of Delphi Law,use a graded quantitative score,issue questionnaires in the form of electronic questionnaires,recycle the first round of questionnaires,and apply Excel software to establish a database,using the average(),full percentage(K),un important percentage(R),coefficient of variation(CV)4 statistics to first round of questionnaires,and apply Excel software to establish a database,formingthe results of the first round of expert consultation questionnaire.Based on the first round of statistical results and the expert’s amendments,screening or supplementing entries,first round of questionnaires,and apply Excel software to establish a database process,and finally the preliminary expert advisory report.Results: Two rounds of questionnaires were conducted,62 valid questionnaires were collected,and the positive coefficient of experts was 100%.The W coefficients in the first and second rounds were 0.232 and 0.233 respectively,and the W coefficient in the second round was higher than in the first round,suggesting that the experts’ importance and coordination of the indicators were better.Determine the common Chinese medicine certificate for esophageal cancer as "liver and stomach dissonance,sputum gas cross-blocking certificate","liver and spleen imbalance,sputum and kidney mutual evidence","liver and kidney yin,persistent sputum blood evidence","spleen and kidney impotence,phlegm dysentery blood certificate" and other type 4.Conclusion: A preliminary study on Chinese medicine certificate for esophageal cancer is formed,which provides the basis for the formulation of dialectical standards for esophageal cancer and better guides clinical dialectical treatment and scientific research.
