ObjectiveTO formulate the diagnosis and treatment guideline of TCM in treating Hypertrophy of anal papilla,searching iterature based on the principle of evidence-based and evaluate evidence classification,combined with the questionnaire survey and expert consensus conference.Methods1.Literature searching and the evaluation,classification of evidence Literature searching including ancient literature retrieval and information retrieval at home and abroad.Ancient literature retrieval database contain the Chinese pharmacopoeia,lingnan medical books database,database of ancient books of Chinese medicine,and so on.Information retrieval at home and abroad which contain PubMed,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,sioMed,WANFANG.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to screening the literature and evaluate the quality.Grading and recommending which meet the requirements of the quality of clinical research,to become evidence support of guide.Under the guidance of the principles of evidence-based,retrieval of relevant Chinese literature,and its assessment of the classification of the evidence,integration of expert consensus,so as to complete the development of clinical practice of Chinese medicine,for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anorectal disease is of great significance.It make Clinical practice has become standardized and standardized,it is worth to promote the application in the industry.2.Expert questionnaire survey,expert discussion meeting and peer evaluationOn the basis of previous literature retrieval and evaluation work,according to the guidelines for writing rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to write the guideline of hypertrophy of anal papilla.Mainly content into the recommendations from literature research and expert consensus,and so on.Organize relevant experts to conduct expert discussion meeting to fully demonstrate the content,forming the first draft of the guide.Using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research&Evaluation(AGREE)II to evaluation the first draft of the guide,including six aspect(Scope and purpose,participant,rigor,clarity,applicability,and independence).Clinical coherence evaluations were conducted in 10 medical institutions across the country,and the guidelines were found to have a high clinical consistency from the 200 survey cases that were collected.And finally summarize the evaluation opinions,and constantly revised and perfect the contents of this guide.ResultOn the basis of the early literature search and the evaluation of the classification of evidence,combined with expert questionnaire survey and expert demonstration,summarize the expert opinions and formulate the preliminary draft of the guide.The diagnosis and treatment guideline of TCM in treating Hypertrophy of anal papilla in the methodological quality evaluation and nationwide clinical consistency evaluation,can get satisfactory results.Finally,improving the guidelines tend to standardization.ConclusionThe results of this study-the diagnosis and treatment guideline of TCM in treating Hypertrophy of anal papilla,which development process both Chinese medicine anorectal characteristics and meet the scientific norms,it has the characteristics of reflecting the latest evidence and providing the best advice.However,there are also some shortcomings in the development process of this guide,such as the lack of high-level evidence-based evidence,the number of experts involved in the questionnaire survey and a slight lack of representation,retrospective case survey of clinical consistency assessment also need to be improved,In the future update and revision of the guidelines need to constantly improve and ensure the scientific and advanced nature of the guide.
