Expert Consensus Application And Method Research Of Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guideline In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Research Background:The communist party of China(CPC)said in its report that "adherence to Chinese and western medicine should be carried out to carry forward the development of traditional Chinese medicine".In recent years,with the government's emphasis and support on the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and the need of TCM to realize modernization and internationalization,the clinical practice guidelines of evidence-based Chinese medicine has developed rapidly in our country.Through nearly 20 years of domestic and foreign standardization of TCM development,a number of TCM clinical practice guidelines have been developed to adopt the internationally recognized guidelines for the preparation of evidence-based clinical practice.In the preparation of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines,the expert consensus is used to converge opinions,to balance the relationship between the pros and cons,economic benefits,and patient's will to form recommendations,which is the current international handling method.However,in addition to modern evidence-based medicine,there is a lack of high-quality documentary evidence.The clinical practice guide of evidence-based Chinese medicine still faces how to deal with the traditional Chinese traditional literature experience,and how to form the guideline of expert consensus to meet the characteristics of TCM.Chinese traditional Chinese medicine scholars have carried on some discussion and research on this aspect in recent years,which promotes the development and utilization of evidence-based TCM clinical practice guide.Purpose and Significance:The purpose and significance of this study lies mainly in meeting the urgent need of developing evidence-based clinical practice guidelines in accordance with the characteristics of TCM.Besides,it clarified and resolved the methods,difficulties and urgent needs of expert consensus application in the preparation process,as well as developing and utilizing evidence-based TCM clinical practice guidelines and methods for easy operation,and serving health requirements.Contents and Results:Through the research and analysis of domestic and foreign evidence-based clinical practice guidelines expert consensus method and based on expert consensus to form a reconmendation method,combined with the practice of a new round of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines in 2014,clarifying the methods and rules of the application of expert consensus in different stages of evidence-based TCM clinical practice,and finding out the current situation,problems and difficulties of expert consensus in the preparation of current evidence-based TCM clinical practice guidelines.Discussing and putting forward the technical method which is based on the expert consensus to form the recommendation in the guide of TCM clinical practice,which including the classification of evidence in ancient Chinese medicine literature and the method of recommending recommendation level by consensus.The Creationary Point:(1)This research discussed different stages of expert consensus application of the general procedure,the method of convergence in the process of compiling evidence-based TCM clinical practice guidelines,and summarized the problems and difficulties as well as putting forward the suggestions in the application of expert consensus;(2)This research formed the specific methods and processes of recommendations by expert consensus to meet the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and improved the system of grading of evidence and the level of recommend in evidence-based clinical practice guidelines of TCM.
