The continuous improvement of information technology promotes the development of medical information,and also remote rapidly the development of telemedicine.To some extent,it appeases the long-term problem that plagued our country which is difficult and expensive to see a doctor.With the guidance of national policy and the establishment of remote medical centers across the country,the amount of teleconsultation will be greatly increased,and the existing teleconsultation resource distribution is likely to be unable to meet the growing needs of teleconsultation.How to make reasonable distribution of medical resources,which can ensure the teleconsultation service rate and not waste of vacant teleconsultation room and the high quality resource,experts,will become an important research subject in hospital management.This paper based on the theory of queuing theory,on the basis of a large number of reading literatures,first of all,established the queuing network model in theory.Then the simulation model is established by using Simulink simulation platform.In the end,this paper made an empirical study on the Henan telemedicine center of First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.According to the 21295 teleconsultation data obtained for nearly a year,using Minitab and Excel software for processing the data of telemedicine teleconsultation application rate and teleconsultation service rate with parameter estimation.After obtained the parameter combination,this paper simulated the model by the establishment of the queuing simulation model.Based on the analysis of the simulation results,this paper get the main factors that affect the queuing network congestion of remote consultation,and put forward the feasible optimization suggestions based on the above.This paper combined the theoretical analysis and empirical research,to provide theoretical support for the study of teleconsultation resource distribution,enrich the research and application of queuing theory in teleconsultation.It not only provides specific optimization measures for the object of empirical research,but also provides a reference for the development of remote consultation in theory.
