With the improvement of people’s living standard, the enhancement of healthconsciousness of people,medical treatment more and more keen to large general hospital,thehospital outpatient volume increased year by year,from registration to the consulting room,and a variety of examination room,queuing phenomenon is very serous,directly affects thesatisfaction of patients with hospital. In this regard,the hospital management department totake measures,improve hospital service ability to relieve patients often queuing,queues, butadditional service window, increased service personnel, will certainly increase theexpenditure,increase the total cost of the hospital,so, not blindly increase the servicewindow,rather than adding to avoid waste of hospital resources,but also appropriate queuestatus in patients in remission.A medical hospital outpatient larger scale,this article only to infections in outpatient asan example,based on the relevant theories of queuing theory,the service window settingadjustment to make discuss. This paper briefly introduces the infections in outpatient presentoperation situation, existing problems, analyzed the infection of practitioner teamcomposition,whether to have increased doctors visits conditions,on infections in outpatientregistration room,consulting room arrival rate,,service rate,service intensity index iscalculated and analyzed,on the basis of the analysis of Department of infection part settingunreasonable,put forward specific measures to optimize.
