Hospital is an important part of the current health institutions,which has an important impact on the prevention,early detection,treatment and rehabilitation of patients.At present,most hospitals are full of patients,coupled with problems such as the number of outpatient procedures,patients are not familiar with the treatment process,which makes the phenomenon of"three long and one short" relatively serious in hospitals,patients face great pressure of treatment.Under the current "patient-centered" medical service mode implemented by various medical institutions,if the problem of outpatient queuing can be solved well,patient satisfaction will be greatly improved.For outpatients,the time spent in hospital is mainly spent waiting in line for a check-up.Therefore,the research on out-patient queuing has profound significance for optimizing resource allocation and enhancing patients' medical service experience.Queuing theory is a theoretical study of queuing in real life.For the examination items of patients on the same day,if only one examination task is needed,there is no need to plan,and patients directly go to the corresponding departments and wait in line.If there are more than two inspection items,since each department is equivalent to a queuing system,and each inspection department forms several parallel queuing systems.Patients queue in different order for each examination,and their stay in the hospital will also be different.Based on the queuing theory,this paper designed a queuing scheme to dynamically plan the sequence of multiple examination items in the same day for outpatient patients in the hospital,so as to minimize the time for patients to complete all items and reduce their stay in the hospital.In this paper,Python was used to build a simulation model,and the actual data of the hospital was taken as the parameter for the simulation experiment.Considering the queuing number,average service time,distance and other information of each department,four queuing strategies were designed for comparative analysis,so as to plan the optimal inspection sequence scheme for patients.The simulation results show that the choice of queuing scheme has a great influence on the patient's stay in the hospital for multiple examination items in the same day.Compared with the traditional experience-based queuing strategy(such as prioritizing the items with the longest service time,etc.),the queueing strategy that comprehensively considers the real-time queuing information of each department,such as the distance,has a better effect when planning the sequence of inspection items for patients.In addition,combined with the mobile terminal,it can display all the tasks to be done by patients and the order of Suggestions,so that patients can have a real-time understanding of the waiting time,average service time,expected waiting time and other information of each task department,and recommend the optimal medical treatment sequence for patients.Through intelligent information sharing,the patient's stay time and queuing in hospital are effectively reduced,and the patient's medical experience and satisfaction are improved.
