Hospital medical technology examination is an important part of hospital operations, is an important reference for health care professionals to diagnose the patient’s condition, treatment and rehabilitation, the patient in during treatment to check the perceived "three long, one short," which is a much more time waiting and less time checking patient perceived waiting time will increase and more intense. As a typical service organizations, medical institutions in the face of the medical industry, market and service-oriented process must deal with patients queuing for too long the problem and improve the patient’s perception of the service to stand out in the same level of competition in the hospital organization. Process optimization aims to break down the process of activity, without affecting the flow of the main conditions of the value chain as much as possible is important to reduce the flow of events and actions. Reduce the flow of non-value generating process.
