To improve the arrangement of the ophthalmic hospital beds, effective use of limitedbeds, process optimization was in the hospital, the queuing time of the ophthalmic patients toreduce as far as possible, make full use of the bed at the same time, to improve the eyehospital service quality, reduce the operating costs of eye hospital, this thesis takes a certaineye hospital actual needs, in a hospital bed distribution, respectively, have priority queuingrules optimization model is established and manageable sickbed proportion approximatelyregular solution model.Through the analysis of queuing system and its related theory and the queuing system tostudy the distribution of the input and output of time, the research problem is more servicedesk queuing system. Then, distribution from the hospital, the patient and the queuing systemthree perspective, this thesis discusses the evaluation index, which should be considered fromdifferent angles. We chose such as index to evaluate the current bed arrangement model.Through the analysis of ophthalmic hospital bed queuing system, this thesis improve thequeuing rules to optimize sickbed arrangement.Secondly, this thesis to facilitate the management of the hospital, set up all kinds ofpatients take up hospital bed for more or less fixed solution model. Finally verified byempirical analysis using all kinds of patients take up hospital bed for more or less fixed thefeasibility of the scheme.This thesis for studying more desk queuing problem has practical significance. Thecurrent hospital ophthalmology hospital bed queuing rule is first come first service, accordingto the queuing rules while it is possible to solve the problem of fairness in the process of line,but not the optimal use of hospital beds. Through comparative analysis on first come firstservice queuing system and have priority queuing system the average service rate, averagecaptain, average waiting time and average service time, shows that the optimized model canimprove the utilization of hospital beds.Through the establishment of various kinds of eye disease hospital bed for more or lessfixed model, improve the queuing system for single line reception desk queuing system, helphospital to improve management efficiency, provide reliable, scientific and practical workprescient guidance.
