With the rapid development of information technology and the deep integration of Internet and traditional medical diagnosis,tele-consultation has become an effective way to solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor" in our country for a long time.As a scarce social resource,high-quality medical services can be remotely diagnosed, enabling experts in central hospitals to diagnose patients in remote areas in a timely manner. This is not only one of the important contents of the country's deepening medical system reform, but also an important way to rationally utilize high-quality medical resources and solve the needs of patients in remote areas for medical consultation. However,in the existing remote consultation queuing process, there is often a state in which the queuing system is congested or idle, which not only causes waste of medical resources, but also reduces the overall evaluation of the patient's remote consultation service. Therefore, for the status quo of remote consultation queuing service, how to optimize the service level of queuing system and improve service efficiency on the basis of optimal total cost will be a very important research topic.Firstly, based on the research of related literatures at home and abroad, this thesis combines the relevant theory of queuing theory with the practice of remote consultation queuing to construct a M/G/1 remote consultation queuing model with exhaustive services and multiple vacation conditions.Based on the theoretical formula, the average team length, average queue length, average waiting time and average stay time of the remote consultation queuing system are derived. The solution of the relevant indicators is used to understand the operation status of the remote consultation queuing system.Secondly, according to the actual statistical results, the optimal service rate of the single consultation service desk is solved under the condition that the total cost of the patient and the medical institution is the lowest, and compared with the actual average service rate of the queuing system, which provides a reference for system optimization. Finally, the Simulink simulation module is used to simulate the image of the queue length model with the average queue length, average queue length, average stay time and average waiting time as the parameters are given. The image visually reflects the complete trend information of the queuing system when the queuing system goes from 0 to the steady state, and provides some reference suggestions for the queuing system management.Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this thesis provides theoretical support for the optimization of tele-consultation queuing process, enriches the research on the process and service efficiency optimization of tele-consultation,and plays a positive role in the development of telecommunication queuing service in China.
