Objective:This research is based on planned behavior theory, referened to Taiwan’sversion of the doctor-patient communication behavior influencing factorsresearch question-naire, revision form the localization of the medical students’doctor-patient communication behavior influencing factors questionnaire, thedesign of the medical students’ doctor-patient communication behaviorinfluencing factors questionnaire and the present situation investiga-tion,Therefore, it explored the correlation between the intention ofdoctor-patient communication and the execution of this communic-ation.Furthermore, it explored the different outcome for different major medicalstudents to doctor-patient communication.Methods:On the basis of related researching the theory and literature, used medicalstudents’ doctor-patient communication behavior influencing factorsquestionnaire and Object Structured Clinica (OSCE) to test medical students.Using cross-sectional questionnaire,210participants were recruited from fivemedical students in Tai’shan Medical University Clinical college and Institute ofpopulation and family planning; The effective questionnaires returned were200,which was equal to95.2%of the total questionnaires. The effectivesamples were inputted and analyzed by SPSS18.0version statistical softwareand AMOS7.0software for statistical analysis, data using descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis, further verified with assumptions by structuralequation model. Results:(1)Based on planned behavior theory, formed the medical students’doctor-patient communication behavior theory frame and the influential factorsof the medical students’ doctor-patient communication behavior influencingfactors questionnaire, including "how are you faith in the doctor engaged in thedoctor-patient relationship" nine dimensions, such as a total of50entries, andadopt Likert (Likert) measure score7points,(2) based on the medical students’doctor-patient communication behavior influencing factors questionnaire, thedesign of the medical students’ doctor-patient communication behaviorinfluencing factors questionnaire "and the present situation investigation, theresearch results showed: There is a positive correlation between thedoctor-patient relationship and the doctor-patient communication attitude(Standardi-zed path coefficient respectively was0.461,0.431); There is apositive correlation between peer influence, superiors (leader) influence andspecialized ethics cognition to subjective standard(Standardized path coefficientrespectively was0.290,0.317,0.206); A positive correlation was found betweenthe attitude of doctor-patient communication, subjective standard and perceivedbehavioral control for the doctor-patient communication behavior intention(Standardized path coefficient respectively was0.480,0.520,0.169);The medicalstudents’ perceived behavioral control for the doctor-patient communicationbehavior has significant negative effects(Standardized path coefficientrespectively was-0.299);A positive correlation between the intention ofdoctor-patient communication and doctor-patient communi-cation is alsofound(Standardized path coefficient respectively was0.248).Conclusions:(1) Based on the theory of planned behavior design localization of themedical students’ doctor-patient communication behavior influencing factorsquestionnaire, it has a good reliability and validity, being used for research inthe impacting factors of medical students’ doctor-patient communicationbehavior.(2) The doctor-patient relationship and the doctor medical behavior beliefaffects the doctor-patient communication attitude; Peers, superiors, professionalethics cognition affects the subjective norm; Doctor-patient communicationattitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control affects the doctor-patient communi-cation behavior intention; Perceived behavior control negative affectdoctor-patient communication behavior; Behavior intention positively influencedoctor-patient communication doctor-patient communication behavior.
