Research On The Influencing Factors Of EHR Information Sharing Under The Medical Alliance Information Platform

With the development of social economy and the advent of the information age,the health of residents has also improved.However,most residents still face the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment",which is mainly reflected in the uneven and unreasonable distribution of high-quality medical resources and the scattered medical service system.To this end,the country has issued a series of guidance documents to promote the construction of medical associations in various regions.The construction of medical associations information platform is an important measure to promote the implementation of China's hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model.Electronic health records(EHR)are under the construction of medical associations information platform.The product,using the medical consortium information platform as the carrier,realizes the vertical integration of EHR and the interconnection of information,which not only helps to improve the work efficiency of doctors and reduce the mortality of patients,but also rationally allocate high-quality medical resources and improve primary medical and health services.Linkage mechanism.It can be seen that the core of EHR vertical integration is to realize information sharing,but the construction of EHR in my country is still in its infancy.EHR information interconnection is still being explored,and information sharing is also restricted by various factors.Therefore,we will discuss the influencing factors of EHR information sharing willingness.It will help promote the development of my country's medical and health service industry and enable digital information to play its true value.Information ecosystem theory is generally used to explore the stable and coordinated development of people,information,environment,and technology.The application of this theory to the research of EHR information sharing on the information platform of the medical association helps to discover the restrictive factors in EHR information sharing.Information sharing research provides a new perspective.In view of this,based on the perspective of information ecology,this article introduces social exchange theory and planned behavior theory,and analyzes the influencing factors of EHR information sharing willingness under the background of medical consortium information platform,from EHR information person,EHR information,EHR information environment,EHR The four dimensions of information technology construct a model of influencing factors of EHR credit sharing willingness.First of all,this article defines the concepts of medical consortium information platform and EHR vertical integration,and summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad;secondly,from the perspective of EHR information ecology,introduces SET theory and TPB theory to refine the influencing factors of EHR information sharing willingness,Construct a research hypothesis model,and design questionnaires based on previous research results;finally use Smart PLS,Excel,SPSS software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and empirical analysis of 332 valid sample data.The research results show that in the constructed research hypothesis model,the four factors of trust,reciprocity,perceived behavior control,and sharing attitude under the EHR information dimension all have a significant positive impact on the willingness to share information;the information management standards under the EHR information dimension Two factors of information quality have a significant positive impact on the willingness to share information;the policy and regulatory factors under the EHR information environment dimension have no significant impact on the willingness to share information;the technical security under EHR information technology has a significant positive impact on the willingness to share information influences.Based on the above results,this article discusses and analyzes the four dimensions of the EHR information ecosystem to provide strategies and suggestions for the development of various medical and health institutions under the medical consortium information platform.
