Objective:The effect of stroke patients' trunk has not been enough paid attention by hemiplegia rehabilitation therapist, because injury severity caused by cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia was that distal limbs are heavier than proximal parts and that limbs are heavier than trunk. But on the whole body trunk is the center of body activity.Trunk control is the base of stable complex physical activity,in turn, these complex physical activities become the prerequisite of complex behavior skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to apply rehabilitation training of trunk control training into stroke patients with hemiplegia and observe the effects that have on the balance and activities of daily living(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)of the patients.Another purpose is to observe the characteristics of rehabilitation training of trunk control training so that we can find out treatment bases for the recovery of patients with hemiplegia.Research methods:Randomly selected 100 cases of stroke patients and there were divided into comparison group and observation group.Comparison group received conventional rehabilitation training, and the observation group received the conventional rehabilitation training as well as trunk control training. These two groups all received 1 time/day's treatment, and 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The two groups stroke patients before and after treatment were given the trunk injury score ability(TIS),trunk control test(TCT),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyel motor function score(FMA),modified Barthel index(BI)assessment, and then compared treatment effects between the two groups.Results:1.Before the observation group and comparison group in the treatment of the trunk injury score ability(TIS),trunk control test(TCT),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyel motor function score(FMA)and modified Barthel index(BI)there was no significant difference between the two groups,so it was no statistically significant(p>0.05).2.Before and after the comparison group and observation group trunk injury ability score(TIS),trunk control test(TCT),Fugl-Meyel motor function score(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS)and modified Barthel index(BI)there have improved significantly in the two groups,so it has statistically significant(p<0.005).3.The observation group have more significant differences than the control group after treatment in trunk injury ability score(TIS),trunk control test(TCT),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyel motor function score(FMA)and modified Barthel index(BI),so it has statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Routine rehabilitation training combined with trunk control training and simple routine rehabilitation training all can improve the balance of the stroke patients with hemiplegia and they are daily life ability.2.Routine rehabilitation training combined with trunk control training is better than simple'routine rehabilitation training.3.The trunk control training has a significant effect on the balance ability, motor function, trunk control ability and daily living ability of patients.
