Objective: To explore the effect of intramuscular effect and trunk control training on the ability of balance and activity of daily living(activities of daily living, adl)in stroke patients, and to seek a new and effective rehabilitation therapy for the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods:From October 2017 to May 2018,40 stroke patients were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in Hefei Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University(second people's Hospital of Hefei City). The patients were divided into experimental group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20)by random numerical table method. The patients were divided into experimental group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20).In the experimental group,11 cases were male,9 cases were female, the age was(59.73 ±8.42)years,including 10 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 10 cases of cerebral infarction, the course of onset was(29.83 ±1.47)days,the left side and right side of stroke were 9 cases and 11 cases respectively. There were 12 males and 8females in the control group,age(61.40 ±7.54)years,including 9 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,11 cases of cerebral infarction,(29.17 ±2.14)days of onset,8 cases of left side and 12 cases of right side of stroke. On the basis of routine Kang Fu treatment, the patients in the experimental group were given the trunk control training of the trunk muscle sticking and 20 min,and the patients in the control group were given the trunk control training of 20 min only for 2 days and 3 days. Before treatment,2 weeks and 4weeks after treatment, the patients' activities of daily life were assessed by the modified barthel index(modified barthel index, mbi, and the patients' balance function was evaluated by the berg balanced function scale(berg balance scale, bbs). The fugl-meyer lower limb function(fugl-meyer assessment, fma)scale was used to evaluate the lower limb function of the patients and the trunk control test(trunk control test, tct)was used to evaluate the trunk control ability of the patients. At the same time, the changes of mbi, bbs, fma lower limb score and tct before and after treatment in the same group and in the same time period between the two groups were compared. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, none of the 40 patients fell off. There was no significant difference in age, sex, type of stroke, location and course of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in MBI,BBS,FMA lower extremity and TCT score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,it was found that the lower extremity and TCT score of MBI,BBS,FMA in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The MBI,of the patients in the experimental group was found to be significantly higher than that before treatment. The increased value of BBS,TCT score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the added value of FMA lower extremity score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,it was found that the lower extremity and TCT score of MBI,BBS,FMA in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The MBI,BBS,of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The increased value of lower extremity score of TCT and FMA was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, intramuscular binding combined with trunk muscle control training can significantly improve the balance ability and daily living ability of stroke patients, and the curative effect is better than that of trunk muscle training alone. This new rehabilitation method provides a new idea for the rehabilitation of stroke patients with balance function and activity of daily living.
