Objectives:To explore the application effect of nursing undergraduate students' practice teaching manage ment mode based on the core competence of nurses.Methods:In this study, the use of historical control method, all nursing students who internship in a comprehensive hospital in 2014-2016 years as the research object, and divided into contr ol group and observation group. The control group are all undergraduate nursing Students who practiced in the hospital in June 2014 -April 2015, the observation group are all nursing students who practiced in June 2015 -April 2016 in the hospital. The control group implements the implementation of traditional clinical teaching management mode, Clinical teaching management mode based on the core competence of nurses in the observat ion group, Intervention from three aspects of teacher student and management. Use the'core competence of undergraduate nursing interns questionnaire','undergraduate clinical nursing teachers teaching ability questionnaire','objective structured clinical examination (OSCE)', comparing the core competencies of two groups of interns and changes of teaching quality of teachersResults:1, two groups of undergraduate nursing interns in basic knowledge, practice the basic skills assessment scores, the core competence of self rating was no statistically significant differe nce (P> 0.05)2,There was no significant difference in the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical work ability between the two groups (P> 0.05).3,Two groups of undergraduate nursing interns in the practice of core competence with sign ificant difference (P<0.05), in communication, critical thinking, clinical nursing, professional development (learning) was statistically significant differences (P<0.05).4,Two groups of undergraduate nursing students in the internship in the middle of the belt to teach the teacher with the satisfaction of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5,Two groups of undergraduate nursing interns at the end of the internship with the teaching ability of the teachers to evaluate the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).6,Two groups of undergraduate nursing interns in the internship after the end of the objecti ve structured clinical examination (OSCE) score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1, The teaching management mode based on the core competence improved the core compe tence of undergraduate nursing students.2, The teaching management model based on the core competence improved the satisfaction of teachers and students. The subjective initiative of teachers and students has been brought into play, the teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
