Objective: In this paper, through literature research, teaching experiment and questionnaire ?To explore the application of Ji TT(Just-in-Time Teaching pedagogy) in nursing teaching in Higher Vocational College and analyze the result.Method: In a vocational health school 4 classes are randomly select as the research object?The study group of two classes, two classes of control group?Ensure that two groups of general situation, teachers, teaching materials, teaching time all the same. The study group using the Just-in-Time Teaching pedagogy and the control group used the traditional teaching mode of teaching. After teaching intervention, Comparison between the two groups of students at the end of the theory and operating results, self learning ability and clinical ability, Interview with the research group and the research group teacher, The evaluation and suggestion of the participants to the Ji TT.Result: Comparison of two groups of nursing students in theoretical and practical achievements, self-learning ability, clinical ability. The results indicate that the theoretical results, the research group of the independent learning ability, ability of clinical nursing students is higher than that of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Noted the Just-in-Time Teaching pedagogy would help students to acquire new knowledge, could improve students self-learning ability, adapted to the needs of future clinical work, the application of the teaching method in higher vocational nursing education is feasible.
