The conception of curriculum teaching is t the eachers'basic views about the direction of teaching activities and the results. These views are from the practical experience of teachers in the evolving nature and process of teaching. Once established conception of teaching, the teachers will be affected, then students will be affected. Teaching ideas and changing is very important in transformation of education. Many scholars have conducted extensive research in this area. But teaching ideas and their influencing factors in a certain subject area and teaching the concept of a particular situation is a small amount of research. The conception of teaching of the nursing faculty who teach undergraduate Students in one Military Medical University is found through the investigation on them with phenomenograph. The relationship between conception of teaching and the objective conditions of teachers and factors affecting conception of teaching and the degree of it's influence are analyzed by description statistics and T inspects and analysis of variance using SPSS13.0. Then regulatory countermeasure and suggestion are brought out about nursing teaching and changing of teaching conception.The results show that the teachers think that advanced thinking skills is the most important teaching objectives and other in turn is subject exclusive knowledge and skills, work and areer preparation, the basic skills of academic success and humanistic values. Some objective conditions of teachers don't affect on conception of teaching. However, the others do affect on it. Conditons not affecting are teacher's age, title, education, teacher type (iwhether it is the academic administrator, is a graduate student mentor), where the department staff (inon-clinical departments and clinical departments), course type (non-medical courses and medical courses, nursing courses and non-nursing courses). Among conditons affecting, most affecting on the whole concept of teaching objectives are teacher's career aspirations (or want to be teachers and do not want to be a teacher), the specialty, seniority, number of articles published in education, the degree of interest in education and teaching self-reflection frequency. Others in turn are the degree of interest in education and teaching self-reflection frequency. The least is the teacher's seniority.Study found that undergraduate nursing faculty think the most mainnest function of teaching objectives is orientation function. Others in turn is stimulants fuction and control function, The weakest is the evaluation function. When these teachers are setting teaching objectives, firstly they mainly base on related documents, secondly they are according to the students'situation (theier age, level, professional, students of knowledge, earning ability, study habits, interest in learning, etc.) and demand (the needs of their students, students in the future occupation requirements and social demands on students, etc.).lastly a few teachers are according to their experience and guidance of teachers. The study also found that these teachers uderstand seven aspects of their students. The first is Students'general situation, such as their age, level, professional, etc.The second is their foundation of learning and learning ability.The third is their attitudes and interest.The fourth is their requirementsThe fifth is their understanding about the course.The sixth aspect is theirp previous courses.The seventh is their professional requirements.In this study, the teachers understand the current status of their own teaching objectives and are provided strong evidence about actively changing their ideas. Also teaching managers are providesd a useful reference to understand the concept of undergraduate nursing faculty teaching goals and its influence factors and to promote nursing undergraduate teaching and faculty teaching concept.
