The Clinical Effective Observation Of Shugan Jianpi Qushi Method Treat The Nonalcholic Steatosis Hepatitis With IGR

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Qushi Method treat the patients who suffers from non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis( syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency、internal retention of water) and IGR。To evaluate objectively the validity and security of its treatment。To provide information for clinical treatment and the further studies。Method:64 patients diagnosed with non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis and chosen by adoption standards were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in treatment group,32 cases in control group。Treatment group use Shugan Jianpi Qushi Method and Decoction,control group use silybin capsule。All of the groups combined intervention therapy of food and sports。The period of two groups were twelve weeks。Observing the improvement of syndrome of Chinese medicine、Laboratory examination(liver enzymology、blood lipid、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR)、liver ultrasound between of the two groups。Result: After the treatment,the improvement of ALT、AST、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、FBG、HOMA-IR,treatment group are better than control group(P<0.05);The improvement of γ-GT、TG、FINS,the difference of the two groups are not obviously(P<0.05); The comprehensive effects of liver enzymology and blood lipid,the cure rate and obvious effective rate of the treatment group was 65.6%,while the control group was 37.5%(P<0.05);The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was 93.8%,while 84.4%in the control group(P<0.05)。The total effective rate of liver ultrasound in the treatment group was 93.8%,while 75% in the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion: The method of Shugan Jianpi Qushi can improve the clinical syndrome、liver enzymology、blood lipid etc. of non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis(syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency、internal retention of water)and IGR,improve the fatty degeneration of liver。The comprehensive effects are better than control group,and have good safety。...
