| Objective: According to Professor Chen Baogui,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in our hospital, the efficacy of Shugan Jianpi decoction in treating cholecystectomy diarrhea was tested. At the same time,it can reduce the cholecystectomy complications, improve the patients’ recognition of the operation, and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients..Methods: from 2017 to 2019,60 patients with postoperative diarrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group and Shugan Jianpi Decoction daily for 7 days, control group and montmorillonite powder for 3 g TID for 7 days.Observe the curative effect of the two groups after treatment, verify the therapeutic effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction, and analyze the experimental results.Results:(1)By comparing the sex and age distribution of the patients in the experimental group and the Control Group, the results showed no statistical significance(p > 0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the experimental group and the Control Group before treatment(p > 0.05);(3)After one week treatment, the total effective number was 28 in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 93.3%,the total effective number was 26 in the control group, the total effective rate was 86.7%.The results showed that there was statistical significance(p < 0.05);(4)There was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(p <0.05);(5)After 3 days of treatment, the difference of Symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the treatment of PCD in the two groups has a certain effect, the experimental group is significantly better than the control group as a whole;(2)if the single symptom of diarrhea is compared, the treatment effect in the three days, the control group is significantly better than the experimental group;(3)in other symptomatic treatment, the treatment effect in the experimental group is significantly better than the control group. |
