ObjectiveTo observe the curative effects of the method of Jianpi Shugan with traditional Chinese medicine combined with "Laoshi Needle" acupoint embedding therapy and oral compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis in convalescent period, and to explore the method of Jianpi Shugan with traditional Chinese medicine combined with "Laoshi Needle" acupoint embedding therapy. The clinical application value of this method provides new ideas for effective intervention in convalescent period of acute pancreatitis.MethodsIn this study,60 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in convalescent period of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with oral compound digestive enzyme capsules, and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Shugan method combined with "Laoshi Needle" acupoint embedding therapy on the basis of the control group, the treatment time is 2 months.Observe the clinical symptoms and signs, serum white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage, serum amylase value, serum lipase value, pancreatic CT morphology of the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the acute recurrence of pancreatitis within 3 months of enrollment,Use SPSS26.0 software to analyze and process the data statistically.Results1.The control group and the treatment group each dropped out of 2 cases, and a total of 56 patients participated in the data analysis. The baseline of the two groups was consistent(P>0.05).2.The scores of abdominal distension, bowel movement, epigastric tenderness, nausea and vomiting and anorexia before treatment were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of abdominal distension, bowel movement, epigastric tenderness, nausea and vomiting, and appetite in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and there were significant differences(upper abdominal tenderness P<0.05,others P<0.01).After treatment, the scores of abdominal distension, bowel movement, epigastric tenderness, nausea and vomiting, and appetite in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The control group had full abdominal distension, upper abdominal tenderness, nausea and vomiting. The scores of anorexia and anorexia were lower than before treatment, and there were significant differences(P<0.01 for upper abdominal tenderness and nausea and vomiting,P<0.05 for abdominal distension and anorexia). After treatment and before treatment, the scores of abdominal distension, bowel movements, nausea and vomiting, appetite and epigastric tenderness of the treatment group decreased(the difference)were greater than those of the control group(upper abdominal tenderness P<0.05,others P<0.01).3.Before treatment, the serum white blood cell count, serum neutrophil percentage, serum amylase, serum lipase and pancreatic CT grading score were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the serum white blood cell count, serum amylase value, serum liplase value, and pancreatic CT morphological grading score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(serum white blood cell count and pancreatic CT morphological grading score P<0.01,serum Amylase value and lipase value P<0.05).Comparing before and after treatment, the serum white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, serum amylase value, serum lipase value and pancreatic CT grading score of patients in the treatment group were all lower than before treatment, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01);The serum white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and pancreatic CT grading score of the control group also decreased compared with before treatment, with significant differences(serum white blood cell count P<0.05,others P<0.01).After treatment and before treatment, the serum white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage, serum amylase value, serum lipase value, and pancreatic CT grading score of the treatment group decreased(difference)were significantly greater than those of the control group.Difference(percentage of serum neutrophils and serum amylase value P<0.05,serum white blood cell count value, serum lipase value and pancreatic CT morphological grade score P<0.01).4.In terms of acute recurrence, there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the acute recurrence rate within 3 months after entering the group(P>0.05).ConclusionThe method of Jianpi Shugan combined with "Laoshi needle" acupoint method can help improve the symptoms and signs of patients with acute pancreatitis in convalescent period by invigorating the spleen and regulating qi,soothing the liver and stomach, and improving the laboratory indicators and CT morphology of the pancreas.Indicators to restore gastrointestinal function and eliminate local residual pathological products.Provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis in convalescent period.
