| Objective:Method of strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm and removing dampness of clinical curative effect of treatment consisting of phlegm Qushi square reduce hyperuricemia with glucose tolerance and preliminary evaluation.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, the treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), two groups are the basis of conventional treatment of hyperuricemia, the treatment group was treated with phlegm dampness decoction, the control group(30 cases) with bromobenzene Malone, before and after treatment were observed, the clinical signs and laboratory indicators symptoms.Result:The treatment group the total curative effect was 87.2%, 73.9% in the control group,compare the differences between the two groups(P<0.05). 2 the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and improve the total efficiency of 87.96%, 72.57% in the control group, compare the differences between the two groups(P<0.05). 3 phlegm Qushi square increasing blood uric acid, uric acid, blood glucose and other aspects, good treatment effect,significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05) is visible, but the comparison among groups was no difference(P>0.05). 4 phlegm Qushi square in the relief of pain, improvement of blood lipid were showed better therapeutic effect, compare the differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:To reduce the efficacy of a significant amount of traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating hyperuricemia with glucose tolerance, affirmed clinical curative effects of "Jianpi Huatan Qushi ". |
