In chifeng city songshan Chengzi Township as the study area, the spatial distribution of land use types, suitability, and land use types of soil quality on the basis of correlation analysis, using the grey linear programming method, with maximum economic benefit as the objective function of land use structure optimization model was constructed, the Chengzi Township 2020 years land use optimal allocation is made.Three solutions is obtained by model, then analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the optimal scheme of optimization decision.(1) The status quo analysis, Chengzi Township existing land area of 35800 hm2, slope <25°93.71% of the total land area, land slope>25°land occupies a land area of 6.92%.58.53% of the arable land distribution in low altitude, slope<15°farming the ideal slope area,84% of forest distribution in the area of the slope<25°suitable forest region, the slope to all have distribution, mainly secondary forest;Grass 50.03% gradient distribution in the area of<15° gentle slope zone, and the slope distribution condition is better to have distribution.The rest of the land use type garden area, urban village and industrial and mining land and transportation land, water, and water conservancy facilities and other land area is lesser, the proportion were 0.24%,2.91%,0.71%,0.56%,0.96%.(2) The suitability analysis, Chengzi Township has to (appropriate farmland, around, appropriate grass) and in accordance with the principle of suitability evaluation standards are divided into four grades, Ⅰ-Ⅲ etc.78.56% of the total area of agricultural land, land reserve resources. Should be 67.41% of arable land in low Ⅲ, Ⅳ regarded, cultivated land quality lower as a whole.Total around 15674.37 hm2, Ⅰ-Ⅲ around 82.59%, such as forest land quality overall is good.Appropriate amount of grass is 6392.15 hm2, Ⅰ, Ⅱ appropriate grassland area is larger, accounting for 78.74%;Ⅲ, Ⅳ accounted for 21.28%, from data shows that Chengzi Township grassland area is better.(3) Soil quality analysis, by analyzing the experimental data show that the sunlight greenhouse, farmland (15°~25°) and farmland (>25°) appear obvious phenomenon of acidification, sunlight greenhouse lowest density, the second is the terrace, is strongly influenced by human land use transformation. Chengzi Township among different land use types of soil organic matter, available nutrient content difference is significant. Seven kinds of land use way of soil nutrient content (except bulk density) in different slope positions change expression is reduced with the increase of slope positions content, sunlight greenhouse on the slope of a performance difference is not obvious, but with other ways of land use on the slope positions change significantly.Through the analysis of the evaluation index of soil degradation, Chengzi Township sunlight greenhouse, terraced fields and artificial woodland soil quality improved, shrub grassland and farmland in degradation phenomenon, shows that reasonable development can make the improved soil quality, inappropriate and excessive use of land use, can reduce soil quality, soil degradation.(4) The structure optimization analysis, based on the available data (2001-2012 statistical yearbook city ZiXiang) and land use characteristics and existing problems of selection of grey prediction and grey linear programming method, the maximum economic benefit as the objective function, a total of eight variables set, city ZiXiang 2020 goals for the land use structure optimization model building (the main constraint parameters obtained by using a grey model to predict).Under the LINGO software, three optimization scheme, USES analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to judge merit for optimization.One way is the best solution.ZiXiang results show that the city planning objectives in 2020 cultivated land, garden land, forest land, grassland, town village and independent industrial and mining land, traffic land, water and other land area from 2012 growth rate, respectively, 2.19,1.27,4.65,1.27,0.06,0.07,0.04 and 0.15.Cultivated land decrease 783.98 hm2, an increase of 00100 population, grain yield increased by 0.5 t/ hm2,1803.95 yuan per capita gross domestic product growth.
