The Study On Factors Influencing Information Industry In Fujian Based On Global Value Chain

Information Industry as Hi-Tech industry has been Pillar industry of Fujian province, the high-output and high-permeability of the industry have been more and more important. As the accelerate process of globalization, every industry has quicken its way into the global value chain, and actively participate in the competition. We should recognize the status of Fujian in the global value chain of information industry. We must realize the industry development and upgrade under globalization if we want the sustainable development of Fujian. The theories of global value chain and industry upgrade provide us with the tool.Base on the important of information industry upgrade, we position the industry in the global value chain first, it includes the position of the industry and which mode into global value chain. Though Fujian information industry has developed much these years, and implant into global value chain deeply, it is still in the low side of the chain in whole, developed countries master the core patent.For the upgrade of Fujian information industry, we analyst and summarize several factors which affect the upgrade. They are technology、Domestic demand、 International demand、resource、trade and system. In order to quantify the factors, we choose some indexes by the way of scientific principles、comprehensiveness and authority. We found the data, and use software runs the data with the Douglas model, We get some results. After the analyst of the data results, and base on the successful experience of developed countries, we throw out some suggestions.The first the upgrade need more Capital support, the R&D support, also the Mode of financing should be changed. The second more Technical personnel is needed in the High-Tech industry, the third our government should do something to Establish perfect legal system and policy system.The main innovation of this paper is that we analyst the Fujian industry upgrade from the global value chain aspect, and this paper use several factors to do empirical analysis with the latest data of Fujian.
