The Operation Performance Evaluation Management Information System Design And Implementation Of Jintang Thermal Power Plant Of China Guodian Corporation

Thermal power generation is a huge energy consumption conversion process, the former key indicators, small indexs can only reflect several parameters of power conversion process,and not reflect the full real transformation process. Therefore, the new operation of performance appraisal management information system should begin to solve the performance evaluation problem algorithm. However, traditional performance appraisal model makes the management and evaluation cannot effectively real time together, which makes the management layer cannot be real-time to make correct and effective decision, even may lead to the decision not to convey timely to work situation. So, it will cause the omission of information and the implementation staff effect is not very ideal. In addition, the traditional performance appraisal model standard is unclear, which makes the staff cannot reference standardization standards to implement quantified work in the work process. Thus, the newer performance appraisal management information system design and operation is imperative.Based on this, this paper, which follows "quantitative management as the core, process control as the means", designed and developed a newer performance evaluation management information system, which suitable for thermal power enterprises. This system selects.NET as the network architecture development system, adopts the browser/server mode and client/server mode mixture to create network level development system, designs the system function module of performance evaluation management information system, such as system function module, performance management module, query statistics module, feedback complaints module etc.These modules cover the performance evaluation management reform demand for Jintang Thermal Power Plant of China GuoDian Corporation.System test results show that this system has the better long-term running stability. Moreover, it has certain market promotion and application value.
