Industrial big data is a hot topic in the research of process control and academia.Field instrument produced huge amounts of data in the operation process.These data transmission to the control system of real-time and make the corresponding scheduling optimization strategy from analyzing data is focus on the important issues of information technology industry.This article selects a certain thermal power plant in XinJiang as the study object,selection of the real-time data transmission and data analysis optimization scheduling policy two aspects for further study,and configuration optimization model is applied to practical production in the SIS system in thermal power plant.Industrial control network expect much in communication real-time performance.Optimization of field bus real-time help industrial important information can be quickly secure communication in order to ensure the normal operation of the power plant.This paper discusses the field bus data communication way.According to the communication model to establish the corresponding mathematical model for real-time optimization analysis.Then found application in thermal power plant of fieldbus PROFIBUS using mixed media access control method can be used effectively for the token cycle time of EDF scheduling algorithm.The optimization of PROFIBUS communication real time performance provides communication support for establishing a digital thermal power plant.This article not only using the field bus real-time scheduling algorithm to optimize thermal power plant,also refer to industrial production optimization scheduling algorithm to solve the cycle of practical problems in thermal power plant.This paper found that coal pulverizing system of boiler plant belongs to the typical zero wait for flow shop scheduling problem in the power plant process.With the introduction of zero wait workshop scheduling problem,the concept of the maximum completion time and total completion time of normal and rapid insertion algorithm comparing simulation drawing quick insert field has faster running time and its complexity is smaller.The extension of the coal mill process is also found in the theoretical study time can reduce the production cycle of the coal pulverizing system and the accuracy of the model calculation is verified to reduce production cycle.At the end of the paper introduces the scheduling optimization in thermal power plant plant-level information monitoring system(SIS)implementation of the overall train of thought.From the SIS system software,hardware and database setting up three aspects discusses the construction of the SIS system.And then to optimize the milling workshop production cycle mathematical model construct in the SIS system.Finally from the fieldbus intelligent instruments of SIS system milling workshop data monitoring to ensure the safe and stable operation of the workshop,to increase coal production in thermal power plant in order to enhance the purpose of economic benefits.
