With the growth of the country’s economic efficiency, the demand for electricity consumption is also increasing. To ensure the economic benefits of power plant, we need increase the efficiency of power generation so as to provide more reliable power for the enterprise and the family. On the other hand, we also need to ensure the safety of power plant. The power plant can obtain higher efficiency and the equipment safety from the angle of performance evaluation. This paper will design and implement of high real-time performance evaluation System which combine the practical experience of Xinjiang Faking power plant.The high real-time performance evaluation system of power plant can be divided into two sub platforms which are web application platform and data process platform.Web application platform contains modules of real-time display, evaluation indicators,evaluation data query, handover class management, performance results and statistical reports, etc., while the data process platform includes real-time data crawl, real-time calculation of the performance evaluation. Through the cooperation and collaboration of two sub-platforms, it can achieve high real-time performance quantitative management.The whole high real-time performance evaluation system uses software engineering ideas to develop and manage, which will also follow the waterfall model for project management, including business needs analysis, user needs analysis, cost analysis,system architecture design, functional analysis, database analysis, system design,functional module, physical deployment environment, etc..Compared with other applications in the power plant, the performance evaluation system of the paper is characterized by the following features:(1) Compared to other performance evaluation method, the system has a higher level of real-time performance,which can improve the real-time computing speed with four times;(2) the separation of web application platform and data process platform with the use of hierarchical structure model to adapt to the rapid calculation and accuracy of performanceevaluation;(3) carry out detailed industry analysis and research, improve the corresponding performance evaluation for the actual management needs for the power plant industry;(4) the use of the task schedule technology, distributed technology, Web Service technology and other advanced technology to build the system to improve the system’s advanced feature.After the completion of the power plant high real-time performance evaluation system, it has been applied in Xinjiang Fukang power plant. Through the application of performance evaluation system, the system operation process of the whole power plant is continuously optimized. In addition, the safety and economic performance of the power plant have been improved and the management level and operation level of the operation personnel are also improved.
