Twenty years about Internet in China has had an extremely profound influence onChina. In the big pattern of education which is built in the age of the Internet, onlinelearning has become an important part of the traditional school education, and it hasalready become the important way to learn, especially being influenced by continuousdevelopment of the fine course construction and Internet technology.Online learning cannot be separated from elite learning contents. And elite learningcontents mainly come from fine courses of the national university. The key of websiteconstruction about excellent courses is to develop website platform. The problems ofexisting development platform lie in low specialization program, low developmentefficiency and difficulty to unity management. Therefore, designing and implementing adevelopment platform about excellent courses which is easy to use, quick to develop, andeasy to manage, will be significant on excellent course construction. This paper analyzedpresent situations and existing problems of similar platforms in the domestic and foreign,and designed the development platform of excellent courses, combined with actualdevelopment experiences, which are made up of a management center and three displaymodes.The paper mainly divides into five parts:The first part: it describes the research background, current situation and existingproblems at home and abroad, and expounds the value of this research, research ideas andmethods.The second part: the excellent course and relevant concepts are defined.And thetheoretical basis of this study are introduced, including the ubiquitous learning theory,mobile learning theory and blended learning theory.The third part: demand analysis about platform was carried out, expounding thedesign goals, and the core technology used in platform is introduced.The fourth part: database structure and the function of the development platform are introduced by modules, and it finally realizes website development platform of theexcellent course.The fifth part: summary and outlook.
