Statistical Researching Of The Social Security Level And Appropriate Level In Our Country

Social security is an important social policy for the government to solve the survival crisis of the social fragile colony. At the same time, it's also a fundamental right of the citizen when the society develops into a certain stage. It is playing an extremely important role to the economic development, stability of the society. However, the problems exposing in implementing the social security system have became a great difficulty which the countries all over the world generally face at present. The social security level is an important factor of the social security system, whether it is appropriate or not has great influence on the sound development of the social economy.There are few research results about the social security level and the social security appropriate level at present, and the research concentrates on the theory analysis, and there is less quantitative analysis. Because of the imperfect of the social security system and of the statistical standard of the social security of our country, it has caused very great difficulty to the research of the social security level in our country. After defining and determining the social security expenditure of our country, this article carries on concrete estimate and analysis to the social security level of our country. It finds that the overall social security level of our country is lower and the structure is unreasonable, and the difference of the level in urban and rural areas, regional horizontal is greater.The social security level of one country strives to be in conformity with the development level of productivity and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy, which is an important task and goal of the governments in various countries. This article utilizes the determining model of the social security appropriate level to analyze the appropriate state of the total level, urban and rural level, and regional level of the social security in our country. It finds that the total level of the social security in our country can not reach the lower limit of the appropriate level, so we have heavy responsibilities to develop the appropriate social security level. According to the weak areas of the social security level in our country, this article puts forward the policy recommendations from perfecting the old age social security system, rural social security system and social security statistic system of our country.
